Poor Customer Service
I bought a bracelet from this company, and it broke within 3 weeks of my purchase. In order to have it repaired, I had to return it to them at my expense. It has broken again in the same spot. I contacted them and have had absolutely no response. So I am left with a very expensive broken bracelet. I am appalled at their poor customer service.

Claim the bracelets are of the finest quality, $450.00 you get crap that breaks constantly, replacement bracelets break repeatedly and they will not give you your money back. Then they make you choose a different bracelet, something more durable and the same thing happens. The gold washes off, the pins break, the clasps break. You send your broken one back...
