Home Decorating Company cancelled order within 40 minutes of making online purchase. no response from company. they took my paypal money and I have no idea what will happen

I ordered several very expensive bedding items because their advertisement for Labor Day Sales sounded very good. The problem is, the Company charges above retail for all items that I ordered so even with the 20% discount, I was paying $550 more than on any other site offering the 20% Labor Day Discount. I wrote two emails which have gone unanswered stating
that I wanted to cancel my order and have them refund my Paypal Account. I wrote within 40 minutes of making the online purchase.

I saw that the Paypal charge had gone through and I am very unhappy especially having read all of the complaints about this company. NEVER EVER order from them. They priced the items I purchased above retail so there was absolutely no savings and I cannot reach anyone at customer service,

Home Decorating Company Poorest Customer Service Ever

This was the worst online experience i have ever had and I doubt that I will ever chance online shopping again. If you do do not use this company. There name goes by Yankee Retail Company or Home Decorating Company. I ordered Crocill Bedding from them. Paid over $500.00 for several items. They kept telling me they would ship within 1-2 days for 12 days. Finally I got fed up with all of the delays and cancelled. That is when the nightmare began. They shipped it to me days after that. I called and told them I already canceled and purchased elsewhere. They were terrible on the phone and said they would charge me a restocking fee. I had to refuse the order from UPS as they would not stop the order. Then they tried to send it to me Fed EX I refused it and the company charged me the full amount 10 days after I canceled. I never recieved anything as I refused the orders from the UPS and Fed EX so I had to have my credit card reverse the charge. They are still trying to send it to me 21 days later way after I canceled so they can say that we owe them a restocking fee. They are a bad company with deceptive practices. Do not order anything from them. You will be sorry. Kay

Justin Potts the Ceo of Yankee retail company did call me back minutes after calling his personal number and HE DOES CARE, very much. He appreciated the conversation and will take care of any problems. So now I can recommend this company again as he will do some training and adjustments and you have a CEO behind you that cares. That is a good thing. Way to Go Justin. I will try you again but I will call you first. Thanks Renelle Emond

I have emailed Justin Potts the CEO and he has no response so I dont think he cares what his customers think. Dont be fooled with this company they are a bad company. The front end customer service people are killing this company and if Justin Knows about it shame on him if he doesnt then he should listen and heads should roll. Good luck if you use the Home decorating company or Yankee Retail Company. Take it from this Customer Dont use them. Joe Emond

Does anyone know a number to reach this company? The status link they provide for your product does not work the link for their contact does not work and the only number I found on line is out of service. I have no one to check on my product. I see a lot of complaints has BBB done anything?
