I have, in 7 moves over a period on 35 years, never seen so much damage to furniture during relocation. I have logged a formal complaint with the complaints department and submitted photographic evidence of the damage caused to 12 furniture pieces, which is just the tip of the iceberg, as I can count on one hand the number of items which have no...

All of my 81 year old mum's furniture was broken and damaged. The extreme nature of the damages is shocking! The fridge was actually bent and dented! Not a single plate survived! Please see the pictures of the damages to understand the extreme nature of them. The vehicle was overloaded and stopped in Heidelberg, where they had to offload and reload. We suspect that it was here that the furniture was damaged.

I have moved multiple times with them and ive chosen not to complain whilst multiple items damaged with each move, nut wife always pressures me not to complain. Eezi Move Poor service damaged goods

Eezi movers service is appalling delivery of my goods was late and also damaged my couches are not in the condition they left johannesburg the back rest of the recliner seats are loose and flimsy bolts and nuts are missing because they dismantled it on pick up which was totally unnecassary I did not request for any items to be dismantled I did log a complain and was told eezi movers turnaround time is 21 days well its passed 21days and still no feedback I need my couches repaired I paid full the amount up front the condition and service I recieved from eezi movers one would swear they did my removal for free I dont recomend them to anyone 0/10 for theor service delivery very poor.

Eezi provided me with a quote and I paid the deposit a month in advance. When I tried to change the date for my move the next day, I could not get a hold of the booking agent Burnett Pawson. I tried calling for 4 days, and the call centre agent kept telling me that “Burnett isn’t available, I will take a message”. After 10 messages, even she was exhausted...

I took Eezi Move to one of our customers (Clear Window) to give us a quote to move the customer's furniture (substantial contract) as part of a bigger contract that we have with the customer. They went behind our back, gave the customer a quote direct and refused to respond to any enquiries that we made afterwards. It is really sad that long established companies resort to this type of behaviour to secure a contract.

The company was contracted to move my furniture and appliances from one location to another. The movers damaged my walls (which i repaired at my own cost), washing machine, fridge, dinigroom table, queen base and various other items. They also stole a bottle of whiskey while in transit. I received no apology, after numerous attempts to contact them, and they just ignore all my correspondence.
