Dazzle White / unauthorised withdrawals

This company borders on fraud, after requesting what was advertised as a free trial, I was charged for the product $50+ before I received it as I live in Australia and the time limit was up. I have subsequently had my account debited for various amounts over a period of 6 months from companys I have never heard of that the bank tell me are related to Dazzle White. Today there is a new amount deducted from my account from a US company called Health Care Payment Solutions whom after I had to go to the trouble of calling the states from Australia I find collects money from a place called Calorie Balance Coach someone else who is something to do with Dazzle White.

Dazzle White - Texas, Houston / Product to whiten teeth

I worked a product from this website: Dazzle White for only $1.95 for a trial time which i call and told them that I just want for a one time only deal to cancel any order in the near future. They kept sending me products without my authority and they were going into my account withdrawing money. I call to cancel any ties with them but now they have send me an order of product and went into my account and took $48.53. I sent the product back but now they don't want to give me my money back. I'm unemployed for them to be doing that. What can be done about this.

Dazzle White / Fraud

Dazzle White, Dazzle Smile, Smile brite, Vibrant Smile, South Beach Brite, Premier Whitening, Sub World Fit are all scam artist companies. Doesn't matter what name they use or call themselves. They are fraudulently getting you to try one or two products; with a third product hidden, that you will never receive or use, in the micro-small/end of terms agreement clause. You are totally unaware of this third product/service. Why on earth would I need some fitness crap, when I'm 5'7"- 120 lbs with my own home gym. These people are criminals to say the least. When calling customer...

Dazzle White - Illinois / sold info to 3rd party

After signing up for the trial Dazzle white tooth whitening system and cancelling the program because of the excessive fees for a shade of white you can get with peroxide and going thru so many changes getting my money back for all but 3cc of tooth white gel which is being sold for $58. plus. I did capture my funds back from the bank however by the same token I was taken aback to find out that Dazzle White had co-joined with another company that has been stealing money out of my account for the past nine months. Each and every month they extracted $7.01 or $7.12 with a foreign fee of 0.20 from...

Dazzle White / Giant rip off

Ed

I got ripped as well! I cancelled my order to Dazzle White 1 hour after ordering and told too late it had already been shipped. What a crock as nobody works that fast! Furthermore there is no real 14 day trial as they promise as it starts from the order date NOT the date of receipt so I had 3 days to try it and return it. What a joke!!! The worst part is I did not realize I was enrolled in 2 memberships (guess I didn't scroll WAY down to read the fine print) until I got a charge on my credit card for $19.20 entitled Elitepack which was supposedly for World Club Fitness. I then read the...

Dazzle White / Scam to charge your credit cards

They say its a free trial offer, but what they don't tell, but is in some finite print somewhere, is that if you don't stop the trial within 14 days from the date of shipping, they will charge your credit card monthy, and they also sign you up with their "partner' companies for other trial offers. And they in turn charge your credit card money. When told that I did not authorize these other trials and did not know about them, I was told its in that fine print I can't seem to find. And when I asked how I was supposed to know who these other trial companies are, they said...

Dazzle White - Washington, Snohomish / Scam/Liar's

BACK IN SEPT I SPOKE WITH ONE OF YOUR AGENTS IN REGARDS TO THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE THAT CREATED OVERDRAFT FEES TO MY ACCOUNT BY YOUR COMPANY. BACK IN JULY WHEN I ORDERED THE "SAMPLE" FOR S&H ONLY AND IT CHARGED AND UNGODLY AMOUNT TO MY CHECKING I CALLED AND CANCELLED AND IT WAS REVERSED THEN. LATER THAT MONTH THERE WAS ANOTHER CHARGE CAUSING THE FEES. I WAS REQUESTED TO FAX MY BANK STATEMENTS TO 915-231-4775 AND THAT THEY WOULD BE GONE OVER AND A POSSIBLE RECONCILIATION OR HELP IN COVERING IN THESE BY YOUR COMPANY WOULD BE A POSSIBILITY. ON 12/08/09 I CALL IN SPOKE TO LESLIE. SHE LIES TO ME...

Dazzle White - Arizona / Deceptive Charges

Jg

Looks great. Great trail offer. Here's the kicker. When you cancel they don't tell you that you are going to get charged for other things unless you cancel them separately. Small charges appeared on my checking account. I figured that my wife had been charging small items. One for $7.22 and another for $3.05. They kept showing up month after month. After realizing that these weren't her charges, I phoned the 866 numbers to find that canceling Dazzle White doesn't cancel the health info that had been emailed to me. Customer Service told me that the Company is based in...

Dazzle White - Colorado / Scam and a Ripoff

After seeing an ad on the Dr. Mercola web site (how these shysters managed to secure a spot on that site is an entirely different matter which we will take up with Dr. Mercola), we signed up for the $1.95 trial. Received the product and noticed an immediate charge of $87 had hit our credit card. Called to cancel, and after being on hold for 30 mins, a rude "customer service" representative said we would have to send a letter to officially cancel. Since that time, ANOTHER $87 charge hit our credit card. We sent a letter certified mail - return receipt requested to Dazzle White Pro, 22100 E...

Dazzle White - England, Dorset / teeth whitening scam

I have also been very silly and ordered tooth whitening products on-line. Responded to the advert with the 'normal housewife' who whitened her teeth. Two companies involved were Dazzle White and Alto White. I have has approximately £150.00 taken from my account and also had my details passed on the world gym. I don't know why they haven't been caught as it seems to be a global scam. Have made my credit card company aware and they are putting a stop to all future payments.

Dazzle White - Indiana, Brownsburg / Deceptive Practices

Mt

I actually signed up for two products Brite Smile and Dazzle White. I stupidly read someone's testimonial on a website that said that you could get these products and just have to pay shipping and there were coupons for shipping. Dazzle White contacted me a few days after I placed the order to let me know that they would be sending me out more of their products as a courtesy. I told them that I didn't want any more. I just wanted the trial sample and that was all. I did not want it to keep coming. They told me thank you and hung up. So, I thought I cancelled this. Today...

Dazzle White / Credit Card Scam

Mi

This company DazzleSmile or Premium white is an internet business that is set up to get your credit card details and charge you with things you did not order. The sole intention of this company is to take money from you under false presences as it is not a genuine company with a product that they actually want to sell. They scam you false subscriptions to other companies when you pay for the postage on your so called free trial item. There is no free trial you will be charged around US $80 in your local currency. They will charge you whether you receive the trial or not and you will need to...

Dazzle White - Missouri / Misrepresentation of product and failure to disclose membership

A 14 day trial offer or what I thought was a free sample of their product, turned out to be a full membership to buy their product. They have billed my Master Card $87.62 which was an unauthorized transaction. I have called Dazzle Smile and cancelled the membership with them, but to get a refund, I was instructeded to return the sample product. And after reading the scam alerts on line, I just hope that I do not have to cancel my credit card account. When I signed up for the suppposed free sample, I never saw anything to indicate that I was signing up for a membership plus their email receipt for...

Dazzle White - South Carolina, Myrtle Beach / fraud, scam

The website offers a free sample of teeth whitening, but you have only seconds to submit your area code to see if your location qualifies for this amazing deal. Surprise!!! It does, even if you make up a crazy code. Then you give your name, address and Credit Card info (Only for the shipping charge ( Big Lie) I received my first product late and a second sample a few days later. My credit card was charged about $83.00. When I called the company, I was told the terms and conditions are at the bottom of the first page which is BELOW the upper part of the page where you have to quickly put in...

Dazzle White / Fraud alert

Ha

The ad starts with a "mom's story" of how she used two different products to whiten her teeth. The product names vary as customers get wise to their scam. They say you will receive a 14-day trial for under $2, then enrolled in auto-shipment, unless you call to cancel the membership. When you call to cancel, you are told that the "trial" they sent (size of a small mascara) WAS your first shipment and you will be charged over $70 if not returned and received back before the 14 days are up.

Dazzle White - New York / Unauthorized Credit Card use

Mo

I fell for the "Dazzle White" teeth whitening system, which is the same company using the 8669895907 phone number as their company name. First they ripped me off for USD $578.76 but I could not disput the claim due to lack of verification. Today they charged $7.14 to my account using the 8009895907 phone as their company name, which led me to a google search and finding this topic. I canceled my credit card, requested a new one, and will be VERY CAREFUL from now on, about using the new card. I've never even heard of this tea, and certainly didn't order it. Those people should be thrown in jail for credit card fraud!

Dazzle White - Ohio / False represetation of a product

Spoke with Supervisor ? (JOSH) ID# 125120, This company is a scam, They staed that they would send a 2 weeks trial tube. The tube arrived 3/4ths of the tube was empty.and then they charged my account $58.76 But since they said I didnt return the tube within 2 wks. that I was respposible. There is no change in the color of my teeth and this company are ripping people off, and needs to be banned from the U.S. You know something is wrong when a company constantly pushes charges through at 1-3 a.m. WARNING DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.
