Well I've been a return busbud customer for quite a while. Yesterday November the 12th 2023 I purchased a ticket from Calgary to Revelstoke for the following morning. I was to start a new job in Revelstoke. I purchase insurance on the ticket, which totalled $101. And some change. Late in the evening I received a call from my new boss telling me not to come the job won't be happening and to wait by the phone. I canceled the ticket on the night of the Twelveth. This morning, the 13th, I had an email from the refund department saying that I will not receive a refund, because I didn't have a good reason. So that's how busbud operates. They do not honor agreements, they do not put themselves in the shoes of there customers, as it seems they have no compassion. And they will take your money even if you purchase insurance and don't use the service you paid for. Even if you cancel with plenty of time to spare. If you're thinking of using busbud I strongly recommend you call the bus company instead. And avoid busbud, as they are just a middle man that will take you're money and not think twice. I will not be using there services again. I will be calling the bus companies directly

Claimed loss: $95.24

Desired outcome: Refund my $95.24 and honor the fact I bought insurance
