Won't refund my ticket even though I bought insurance
Well I've been a return busbud customer for quite a while. Yesterday November the 12th 2023 I purchased a ticket from Calgary to Revelstoke for the following morning. Busbud bus company that I paid my money to take me to Whitby from Brockville on September 24, 2022 departing at 10:15 am and arriving at 1:10 pm at Whitby; then returning on Wednesday September 28 from Whitby at 5:30 pm to Brockville arriving at 8:15 pm Reference # JT6N9T82 AND ORDER # [protected]. At a cost of $98.00 Canadian dollars.
I waited for over two hours, almost three hours at the bus point to get from Brockville to Whitby sending several emails asking when was the bus going to arrive there to pick me up (there is no phone number to call). The bus never arrive. I missed all my other connections and getting my business done in Ajax which is why I was travelling.
I have sent numerous emails asking for my money back and they respond but have not credited my card back with my money, they just give a lot of excuses.
Please secure all of my monies for back for me; and provide me with an email address to forward all the correspondence to you including the confirmed tickets.
