This is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. They are not at all knowledgeable about housing rules. The staff is rude and do not return calls or messages. I would not recommended them at all. Do not spend your thirty bucks or time with this company.
Burmaster has managed all 12 of my duplexes for 4+ years and I have never had problems. Maybe some people have unrealistic expectations.
