I ordered my bumper Sep 22, 2023 paid $1900 and still do not have it. This is the email they sent me today after I called them.

"Thank you for reaching out and leaving a voicemail regarding the status of your order. I appreciate your patience. I've been closely monitoring your order and have reached out to our manufacturer for an update. They mentioned that your bumper is still in the process of being built, and they are aiming to complete it estimated by the end of this month. Please note that additional days will be required for shipping once the bumper is ready."

This is what they send me on Nov 24, 2023.

Just wanted to update you. I've looked into your order and reached out to our manufacturer. They said your bumper is not yet ready for shipment. They're aiming to estimated ship your order by next week. I'll keep an eye on it for you and email the tracking details once it's ready.

I am still waiting another MONTH they I get to wait on shipping. They already took one of my reviews down, I am sure this one won't last either...

I purchased a bumper Feb 5 waited the lead time which I understand is out of their control. when I received the bumper it was for a ram 2500/3500 not for a Ram 1500 like I ordered. I emailed them and was initially satisfied with the customer service but as time went on it progressively got worse. Multiple times I got an email that said they were going to do something and it did not get done until I got on the phone and they told me they were waiting for something from me that they never asked for in their email. they told me they could not get me the correct bumper because the price had changed and told me they were processing a refund on 7/21. it is now 8/16 and I still do not have my refund and all they could do is make excuses and blame others. I will not be buying here again.

I ain't never seen such a terrible company in my life. Bumper Only is straight up garbage. They don't care about nobody but themselves. I tried to order something from them and they straight up refused to help me just because of the color of my skin. It's disgusting and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody. Stay away from them if you know what's good for you.

So, I ordered a bumper from Bumper Only and they sent me the wrong one. I was pretty upset about it, but when I contacted them about getting a refund, they refused. I couldn't believe it! I mean, come on, how hard is it to send the right part? I would definitely recommend avoiding this company at all costs. It's crazy to me that they're still in business with this kind of customer service.

I bought a bumper from Bumper Only on November 27th, but it still hasn't arrived yet. They sent me an email saying it would be delivered between December 7th and December 10th, but it still hasn't shown up. I'm starting to lose faith in this company's dependability.
