We ordered 100 custom license plates from Mike Murphy, the Senior Strategic Account Manager. Everything started out fine. Once we got the 100 plates in, 51 of them turned out chipped. They were stacked together when they were shipped, which we thought caused the chipping. We asked Mike for a refund for the 51, and he said he would redo them. We recommended they be packaged differently and he said they couldn’t change their process because they’re such a large company. He redid 51 of them, and 31 of those were still chipped. We asked again for a refund and he wouldn’t do it. He said it was up to him to determine if they were usable or not; yet, he didn’t see them in person. He only refunded us for 15 of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You’ll get poor service and an even worse product. Spend the extra money on a quality product.
Recommendation: Do not buy from them. Terrible customer service.
They shipped junk, “fixed” it with more junk, then gaslit you into accepting damage as usable — all while refusing a proper refund. Mike playing quality judge without seeing the plates is laughable. They clearly don't care about product integrity or customer loss — just pushing volume. You’re right — never worth saving a buck if it comes chipped and wrapped in excuses.
