I have stayed here before and it was pretty nice. It was quiet, the internet worked perfect (for work from home) and the staff was kind enough. But this time around? I have to change my review because, What a nightmare! First: The kids playing outside the door are so loud and untrained that I can barely hear myself write this review, let alone sit and work from home. Second (but also first) I have never been in a scummier hotel/weekly in my life. There is a massive roach infestation. I have yet to see an adult roach, just 100's of the tiniest roaches I have ever seen. There's a huge gap under the front door, that wields to all the bugs. There's earwigs and gnats all over. The carpet is all tore up, which is probably another point of access. All the frames to the doors are chewed up and look to be nests for the bugs. The main nest, however, is in the bathroom, under the bathtub. I have to keep the light on in the bathroom because every time I go to use the restroom, dozens of tiny baby roaches scatter back to their nest and I die a little inside. I've been too scared and riddled with heebie jeebies to bring food in here, so they have no energy source. 1000%, an indicator of infestation on an epic scale. And to top it all off the internet doesn't work which stopped mattering when my iMac 27" got stolen after a break in. I only needed necessities : Quiet, Clean, Safe, Wi-Fi enabled. That's barely two jobs. You had two jobs. All of this and I have literally only BEEN HERE ONE WEEK! Unfortunately, I'm paid up for two weeks and have to endure the itchy's, the blood curdling screaming from just outside my brittle door, and the fear of someone breaking into my space again.

I called today about the infestation and was hung up on twice, and then finally told someone might come on Monday. No one is going to come to spray anything, I can guarantee it. Maintenance will never come by to fix what's grossly damaged. The staff is horrible and does barely the bare minimum. I am pregnant and afraid that these accommodations, that I had no choice but to select to live, is going to make me and my child extremely ill. This is now a health issue to consider!

Desired outcome: 4855 BOULDER HWY // New accommodations, Spray the property. Fix the holes in walls. better locks on the doors. Fill the 2 inch gap under my door. DO ANYTHING!
