I’m so really dissipated by the treatment I’ve received from Budget Insurance since I’ve joined it for +20 years of being a faithful client . This morning the 21st of April 2021when I was making a follow up on when am not going to get any
Cash Back Claim as I was told last year October 2025 that I will be getting my payment this year, but what came to my surprise was that I won’t be getting that payment, for reason known by the Insurance not me. Yes, I did ask for assistance with Household policy as I had a problem with my fridge , an assessor was sent to check the fridge, and it was never fixed; I had to pay for the fixing of my refrigerator as I was told that the insurance won’t be paying . All that I know is that I have got two separate accounts h Budget Insurance : Care Insurance ( Registration Number: Binkie 3GP) and household Insurance: of which Ui was never told that they will be together, as far as I know when I join house hold insurance I was never told of any cash back, all that I know is that only my car is having a cash back. I’m extremely disturbed by all this and I requesting that this matter receive your urgent attention , failing which I will have to escalate it to the higher authorities who will solve this matter amicable as for me this thing of not getting my cash back is a day light robbery. ( Telephone recording for the Household Insurance can be Reviewed. All that I know is that my car is the one that has a cash back not household insurance
Secondly
Just received the message from the bank wanted to approve the increment that they received from the bank that I must approve, I did not as I’m not agreeing to the increase for which for me is highly expensive. As far as I know the car value is depreciating instead of the insurance to go down it increasing. I was never even consulted for this increase (See the attached )
