Budget-Bride.com Flowers

The bouquet did not have one blush colored rose in it. There blush pink is white roses with a tiny spot of pink in the middle I ordered a package with blush rose main color then grey and dusty rose added... Dusty rose was more like a brown. Said 30 business days on shipping I ordered June 11 and just now received Aug 5 now ii don't have time to return them and they won't partial refund so I can add the pink I ordered.

They also made the boutonniere dusty along with the mother in law flowers 😭

The last pic with white dress is what I thought I was ordering with dusty rose added

Desired outcome: Partial refund to fix there mistake

Budget-Bride.com No response

I have sent two e-mails to this company and left two messages. No reply to the e-mails and no call back from my messages left. This is either a bogus website or they are just taking people money. I wonder if I will even receive my color samples that I ordered. I really hope someone does something about this website because I was actually considering ordering my wedding flowers from these people. NOT ANYMORE! I have found someone that actually answers their phone and gave me her e-mail address.

Budget-Bride.com It's a Scam

This is a complete scam! I thought that I would save some money by ordering my flowers from this website. Everything seemed like it was legitimate. I ordered color samples and they arrived on time and exactly how I wanted them to look. However, when I ordered my flowers I went several months without any contact. I inquired about the status of my order and was told I would recieve my order by the end of the month. Ten days into the next month, I sent numerous emails and received NO response. The phone number that was given to me was out of service.

Never order flowers from this website. It is a complete hoax.

Are you serious? I am having the same problem right now... I keep calling and leaving messages and e-mailed and no replies... OH NO! This really is not good!

this company is a complete scam! please do not send your money to them, you will never get any responses or flowers. so many people have been screwed over by this "company".

Budget-Bride.com Illegal and unethical practices

I ordered wedding flowers from Budget-Bride.com. Laura was very helpful
until she received my order and my check for the entire order. After
that, she did not respond to my numerous e-mails inquiring about the
status of my order. My wedding was 2 weeks away and I had received no
flowers and no response from her! In a panic, I sent Laura a rather
stern e-mail. This time she responded with a 6 paragraph letter
expounding on how busy she was and "it just so happens that the flowers
are completed and ready for shipment". I humbly apologized and asked
her to to proceed with the order.

It was now 5 days before my wedding and I still had not received the
flowers. I e-mailed Laura again and she responded that she decided not
to send the flowers and she would send me a refund. Thankfully, a
local craft store was able to accomodate my last minuate request, and
provided me with beautiful flowers at a slightly higher cost than
Budget-Bride.com.

My wedding was 8 weeks ago. I have not received my refund check, nor
have I received any response to the 6 e-mails I have sent to
Budget-Bride.com. I am at a loss to know how to retrieve my money, but
I surely don't want them to get away with their illegal and unethical
practices.

Poor customer service and cheap quality flowers. My bouquets came discolored and they refused to fix them. And the flowers are cheaper looking than any other vendor I checked out

OMG! I experienced a stressful time with Budgetbride.com as well. I ordered flowers thinking to save money and time. For $200.00 dollars I received flowers that looked like they came from the back room of a dollar store. The flowers were cheap, crumbled up and gaudy looking. I could not believe it! My wedding was less than 2 months away and I requested my monies be returned and told them that I was displeased with the product and that it was not what I was looking for. Of course the monies were not returned in time and I ended up going to hobby lobby spending close to $200.00 more dollars for beautiful silk flower arrangements I did myself. Finally the monies were returned around two months later from the original date of order. I researched the company to a tiny town somewhere in Canada! Boy have I learned my lesson about non reputable internet companies. If I can't see it, touch it or smell it in person than it is not for me anyway. By the way, my wedding was extremely fabulous-no thanks to Budgetbride.com!

I ordered some flowers for my bridal bouquet and they shipped the completely wrong flowers to me. Now they refuse to ship the correct flowers to me or admit their mistake. They just reply saying return the wrong ones for a refund- I dont want a refund- I want the correct flowers! DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The same thing happened to me in 2003! Thank goodness, a local florist saved my wedding but I had to pay big bucks to do it. Laura was a doll on the phone but there was -0- action in terms of flowers (never arrived!) and refund (VISA came through though).

I wanted to file with BBB of Canada but the process was arduous, I was too busy.

You get what you pay for! Don't be a budget bride.
