I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Brothers Trucks. I mean, I was really excited to order some parts from them, but it's been a total mess. First of all, when I finally got my order, half the parts were wrong! Like, come on guys, how hard is it to get the right stuff? And don't even get me started on the online chat. Every time I try to use it, it just doesn't work. And to top it all off, my cart keeps emptying itself every hour. Like, what's up with that? And when I called to ask about some suitable parts, the guys on the phone couldn't even give me the right info. I'm just so frustrated with this whole experience. I think I'm gonna have to give up on them and find a different supplier.

I had to wait another four weeks before it finally arrived, but when it did, it was completely trashed. I was really disappointed and frustrated. I called them again and they said they would send me another one. I had to wait another two weeks for the replacement door to arrive, but when it did, it was also trashed! I couldn't believe it. They had been lying to me the whole time about the status of my order. Finally, they packaged it differently and sent me a third door. This one was in good condition, but they never reimbursed me or took any money off for all the trouble I had to go through. I think this is really bad business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Been waiting for my order from Brothers Trucks for almost a month now and still haven't received it. I reached out to their customer service on May 8th, 2020 to ask for an update and they got back to me the next day saying that not all of my order was in stock yet, but it would be by the 15th and would ship out that day. I got my tailgate for my chevy pick up from Brothers Trucks website. But when it arrived, it was damaged. They said they would send me a new one and have UPS pick up the damaged one. UPS came and took the damaged tailgate. But it's been a month now and I still haven't received the new one. When I contacted Brothers Trucks, they said they have no record of my purchase. I'm really frustrated because I spent around 600 dollars on this and now I'm left with nothing. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They seem like crooks who don't care about their customers.

Fast forward to May of 2022, and I still hadn't received my tee shirt. I decided to give them another call to see what was going on. Unfortunately, they still didn't have the tee shirt in stock, so I asked for a refund. The person who took my call said that he would credit me, but to my surprise, I never received the refund.

I was extremely disappointed with Brothers Trucks. The price of a tee shirt may not seem like a big deal, but it's the principle of the matter. I've read tons of bad reviews about this company, and I'm going out of my way to tell everyone on my truck forums and friends to avoid this place at all costs.

What a bad company! They can't get away from all the negative reviews they've received. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to doing business with them, but now I'll never order from them again.
