so I gotta say, Broad Shoulders Management ain't exactly killin' it in the customer service department

so I gotta say, Broad Shoulders Management ain't exactly killin' it in the customer service department. I been dealin' with water leakin' into my bathroom and dining room walls since October last year, and it's been like pullin' teeth tryna get anyone to do anything about it. Finally got a response from the association in December, but it took 'em another month to send someone out to look at it. And when they did, they ended up breakin' my counter top and not fixin' it. I got proof, too - video and pictures of the damage. And just yesterday, more water started comin' in from the ceiling. Like, come on, man. And on top of all that, I been askin' for four months for paperwork from the previous owners to see if they had the same issues, and still nothin'. Not exactly impressed with these guys, to be honest.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Broad Shoulders Management

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Broad Shoulders Management. So, on March 24th, my neighbor from 408 was hammering his floor super late at night, like almost midnight. He kept doing it for several nights in a row and even messed up my bathroom ceiling. The damage is gonna cost me anywhere from $400 to $650 to fix. I had to call the cops on March 26th at like 3:30am because of it, and I got a report and everything. I told the management about it, including the property manager, ***. I even sent them emails and stuff, but they never did anything about it. My other neighbors were also complaining about the noise. I asked *** to fix my ceiling a bunch of times, but he never responded. I even complained to his boss, but nothing happened. I pay my association fees, so I expect them to fix my ceiling. I attached all the letters from my neighbors, pictures, and the police report, so you can see for yourself.
