Brittany Ferries review: Ticket refund

Good afternoon. As I have explained twice, on 6th December , at 17:25 CET I cancelled my Flexi reservation for 7th December ferry Cherbourg - Poole at 18:15 (Booking ref: UX68623)
According to your terms and conditions, any flexi ticket cancelled 24 hours before departure has a cancellation fee of 50%, but when cancelled my ticket the cancellation fee was 197 €, the 100% of the ticket price.
I did asked you to confirm you will refund the 50% of the ticket price.
On 16th December I sent you anther complaint, including my WhatsApp telephone number : 0034 [protected], as you asked me for. Your webpage has no email address for complaints, you didn’t sent me any cancellation confirmation
