Brittany Ferries review: Refund flexi ticket cancellation

On 6th of Decenber I wrote
“Today 6th December , at 17:25 CET I have cancelled my Flexi reservation for tomorrow 7th Decembre ferry Cherbourg - Poole at 18:15 (Booking ref: UX68623)
According to your terms and conditions, any flexi ticket cancelled 24 hours before departure has a cancellation fee of 50%, but when cancelled my ticket the cancellation fee was 197 €, the 100% of the ticket price.
Could you please confirm you will refund the 50% of the ticket price?
