Where do I begin. The installation was horrible. My key pad was placed in a very unique place. My door bell camera is also crooked. These are not the major issues. I was unemployed for a few months so I had a couple of returned payments. I made up those payments when I started back work and I got everything on track. I just made a payment on November 3rd for $60.52. I made a double payment in the month of October and I made a payment in September to get my account caught up. I had only started the service in late June early July. I got an email yesterday saying that I had a return payment for over $200. since I work out of town, I could not call customer service until today. I called customer service and they tell me that I had a return payment all the way back from June and they were just now trying to collect the money with no warning no phone calls no emails just a random $200 deduction from my account which of course caused me to have an overdraft fee , I’ll call customer service to get some clarity. The first person I talk to was really nice and she tried to transfer me to a supervisor and the phone got disconnected. The next supervisor that I talk to was extremely rude and took no sympathy for my situation whatsoever she had to point out that I had multiple late payments even though I explain to her that I was unemployed for several months. Basically she belittled me and make me feel really bad. At this point I just told her that I no longer want to do business with this company and my request was that you guys remove the equipment from my home, repair the hole in my wall, and we never do business again she said sure, but it’s going to cost you and I told her that I was not going to give Brinks another dime of my money because of my bad experiences. Oh totally forgot to mention somehow someway the security system was put in my sons name when I simply put him down as a authorized user. I have no idea how this happened, especially since I never gave Brinks any of his information. I had to make several phone calls to get this issue corrected. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops. At this point I am extremely disappointed in the service. I wish I had never gotten the service and the way that I was treated by so-called supervisor was totally uncalled for. the people that answered the phone were very nice but the supervisor was extremely rude. Not even sure how she became a supervisor at this point. I no longer want to do business with this company. I just want the equipment removed the whole repair that you guys put in my wall and let’s just both count our losses and let me get on with the rest of my life.

Desired outcome: To have the equipment removed, and the hole in my wall repaired, and we never do business again. I refuse to give this company another dime!!!
