On January 19th, 2026, I was seen by my provider at Brightside Health. January 21st, 2026, I received a notice that I owed $25.00, for a copay from my visit on January 19th, 2026, and my account would be locked until I updated my payment details. On January 23, 2026, I notified Brightside via email that per my EOB from my insurance carrier, I did not owe a copay and my portion for the visit was $0.00. I did not get a response back form Brightside, so on February 3, 2026, I sent another email informing them that I did not owe them the $25 dollars and I
wanted my account unlocked so I could schedule an appointment.
As of today, 2026, I STILL have not received a response from Brightside
