Abysmal service and attitude.- Client Morri- Aberdeen
I have been with B/D for about 20 years, with personal portfolio. Divorce reared it's head and B/D released 50% of Ring-fenced portfolio value to wife and then issued lies to excuse themselves. Eventually went to Financial Ombudsman who found against them and fined them, but still they still hold a hugely arrogant and ignorant attitude. Portfolio still ring-fenced and I asked them to liquidise and put into Cash acct but they didn't, and it has since dived in value. It will be very interesting to see their attitude when divorce comes through (now 5 years due to businesses involved) and I wish to get out my proper value. Money growth service good. Management attitude to customers is chronic. RM - 29/10/18
