I had the worst experience ever with Moonpay USA LLC. They be asking for a pic of your Passport, a pic of your ID, a copy of your Bank Statement, a copy of your paystub, and then they be asking for a selfie of you holding your credit card - showing the credit card info. And guess what? After all that hassle, they be telling you that you ain't trustworthy and they can't do business with you. Can you believe that?

Purchasd 200$ worth of Bitcoin and they wont give me a refund.

On 8/2/22, I transferred $400 from my bank account to some random account that I don't even know. Moonpay ain't got no proper helpline or customer service to fix this mess. I sent them an email, but ain't heard back from them yet.

Moonpay Usa LLC took money from our checking account without our approval. They are a fraud company that steals money and says they can't give back cryto money. It's a scam and they're stealing thousands of dollars every day illegally.

This cryptocurrency platform, I transfered my funds over and never ever receive any cryptocurrency back from them. The support hotline also doesn't work, it just directs me to send an email. I haven't been able to contact them at all. They also have many bad reviews online with customers giving the same stories.

I sended 370$ in bitcoin with moonpay yesterday and got a verification that it was processed but never received one that the transaction was completed. The money has been taken out of my account but the bitcoin has yet to be received by the wallet. I need my bitcoin or a refund of my money. I have emailed and not gotten a response yet as well.

This company steals your money. They will double bill you and then put two charges on your account, claiming that neither charge went through. But that's a lie, because at least one charge does go through and stays pending for 10 business days while they collect interest on it. This company is a fraud if you use a debit card or a non-major bank (like Citibank, Chase, or Bank of America). Otherwise, they put your charge on hold for 15 days and say it didn't go through.

This company, Moonpay USA LLC, claims that your payment doesn't go through, but then charges you again and claims it still doesn't go through. This results in two pending charges on your account for 10 days, during which they earn interest before eventually refunding the money. The frustrating part is that they have no customer support line, email, or any form of support whatsoever. They essentially take your money for 10 days, leaving you in a difficult situation, and only provide a refund after that time. It's important to note that this issue is not related to any specific bank, as I've tried with three different banks (two Bankcorp banks and Citizens Bank), and all were denied but still left with pending charges for 10 days. It feels like they are stealing your money and not offering any explanation, which can be incredibly distressing, especially when it affects your ability to provide for your family.

I tried to buy something, but I got an error saying my account is disabled. It doesn't make sense 'cause I never used their stuff before. I never even bought anything, so how can my account be disabled? I talked to customer service, and they said they can't do anything. They don't have a way to fix whatever's wrong with my account. I want them to either fix the disabled account they have or let me make a new one. The message that says "account disabled" shows up and disappears on my screen so fast I can't take a screenshot to show them.

So, I got this email sayin' I could cash out my bitcoin that I totally forgot I bought. It led me to Moonpay.com and I did everythin' it told me to do to cash out and send the money to my bank account. But every time I try to cash out, it keeps tellin' me to send my cryptocurrency, but there's no way to do it! It's like a never-endin' loop, ya know? I've tried callin' 'em at *** and emailin' their customer support at ***, but I haven't heard a peep from 'em. And every time they email me, my bitcoin value goes down. I really need their help to cash out 'cause I'm losin' money that I put in to make some extra cash.

MoonPay flag accounts for funding safemoon accounts. My son and I both have separate safemoon accounts and separate MoonPay accounts with separate email addresses. We share a checking account and use the same debit card to fund our separate safemoon accounts through MoonPay. MoonPay flagged both mine and my son's accounts, and when we try to buy more BNB in our safemoon accounts, we get a message saying "Transaction limit exceeded." We tried calling customer service, but all we got was an automated response that didn't help at all. My son stopped by the MoonPay office in *** and a person on the 8th floor told him that no one was available to speak to and that the office was only accepting appointments at this time. He couldn't get any contact information to set up an appointment. So, we're still on hold for now.

I used MoonPay.com to send my bitcoin to my bank account through a *** transaction. They said it would take 3-4 days for the money to reach my account, but it's now 10/3 and I haven't received anything. I emailed bitcoin.com, who are partnered with MoonPay, and they told me that MoonPay's system failed. They said they're looking into it and will let me know when the *** transaction is made. On 10/5, I still hadn't heard anything, so I emailed them again. I told them that since it was their system issue, they should escalate it immediately and give me an EXACT date for when I'll get my funds. They didn't respond. So, I reached out to MoonPay.com's support team. They told me that they did have a system issue and it will take another 3-5 business days to investigate. I've read reviews saying this company is a scam, and I feel like they're just stalling. Why do I have to wait another 3-5 business days because their system failed?! I need an exact date for when I'll receive my funds.
