But "my policy" is that i don't call vp's just like "your policy" is you don't issue rain checks when you falsely advertise a product!!! Bait and switch mart!!!

    I purchased a 3 in 1 tv stand and assembled it. Then I mounted the tv and put my electronics on it. Then I hook then all up. The next day, I found that the stand had collapsed on me. The left front leg fell off and the metal frame had bent. I unloaded the stand shelves, reinstalled the wood leg and added a brace to it so I could still use it and not have to return it. This did not work so I tried to return it. The return was refused by the store manager because I had braced it. Bracing it was necessary to hold on the leg. The unit has plastic inserts for the screws into the wood and the inserts had pulled out. once It was put back together, I found out that the metal frame was bent and I could not repair that. This is why I tried to return it. Once I was refused, I asked them to just please replace the metal frame parts on . They still said NO. All because I had put a brace on it and there were screw holes in the wood. Mind you, I had only had this item for a few days. When I had tried to return it at first, they required that I give it to the people on the loading dock. I did. The man then stacked the three pieces off glass on top of each other resulting in scratched on the glass. When He had to put them back in my car, he stacked the glass again resulting in more scratches. these managers, one claiming to be a regional manager were argueing with me stating that since I put the brace screw holes in it, That voided the warrenty. This is all B. S. Also when I tried calling again, the so called regional manager would not listen too me and hung up on me. At first, I did not want to return it due to the weight and the time it took to assemble it.I paid a total of $213.87 for this

    receiving sales practice have a bunch of untrained people woking in their stores that only care about making money and not the customer
