Hi we have purchased a 70 inch jvc smart tv from your store thta is based in Phoenix and we only have the tv for approximately 4 months now and of that 4 months of having the tv its not working for about a month and a half. We have been constantly corresponding with your guys manager and sales reps but i think they are incompetent in doing their job as such whereby they are unaware of what customer service is neither do they know how to carry or conduct Bradlows business requirements etiquette.
The reason for this is that the previous tv had been replaced and at that time there was an exteneded warrenty in place and that is how we have had the tv replace, now i guess that the tv we have now has a 3 months guarantee which it had broke and because its all paid up for you guys have no intrest in actioning the above, please do not forget that this had been reported before the guarantee end and we have had numerous correspondence with your team at the phenix plaza branch. Should this not being dealt with within the next 5 working days this will be taken higher.
We have spoken to Hiedi the manager at the store and given us a watssapp number that does not work and we are not receiving and correspondance from your team
Claimed loss: Tv is switching on but there is no display and no function on the screenThe screen is completely blank
Desired outcome: All we e need is a tv replacement or pickex upfor repairs which should not take a long time to resolve.
