I went in to the BP Store on Old National Highway to purchase the Mega Million ticket on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at approximatley 8:30 P.M. Upon entering the line to the cashier, I were notified by your cashier that I
had not correctly filled out the Mega Million ticket correct. I did not place the megal ball number at the bottom of my ticket. I told her ok, thanks and politely stepped out of line and redid my tickets.
Upon coming back to this elderly white woman to re-enter my drawings, she was just plain rude. I am an
entrepreneur and deal with and have dealt with customers approximately twenty years or more. I could not
figure out why she became so irate when I attempted to pay with my debit card. Not knowing that your location do not honor debit cards for lotto. She wanted to argue. She kept making sarcastic remarks to me.
I apologized to her and told her that I do not come into the store. The places that I go to play, they always accept my debit card. The point that I am disturbed with is how she verbally kept instigating an argument with me. Of course I reminded her that I probably would never come back to this location again, because of her nasty attitude. And as many people as possible that I know live in this area, I am subject to let them know about this incidence and her attitude.
Is it that, because she is now behind bullet proof glass that she THINKS SHE CAN TALK TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT RESPECT AND REGARD? She met a VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY, LOVABLE, AND CHRISTIAN LADY.
I am capable of not stepping down to the rudeness and evilness of the devil.
I trust that you will follow-up with this location, employee and reprimand her as such. It is the customer's that keep establishments in business. Your employee at this location, appeared to have a DO NOT COME BACK ATTITUDE.
