I own a caravan on Golden Sands Holiday park Mablethorpe account number GS023846.

i reported a shower room light not working on 30/04/2023 i later got a phone call saying Haven need my permission to order a new light fitting from the manufacturers on may take over a month, i gave to go ahead for this on the 1st June, i am still waiting for this repair to be completed now over 3 months later, i went into the office late July and said if there is a problem getting the light fitting i have no problem with a different style of light so long as it covered the gap left by the old fitting, only to be told it would take as long to get the replacement, as you can tell with the dates it is now over the repair promise given by Bourne Leisure and i do not seem to be any closer to getting my light fixed,

why is it taking so long after all its just a light fitting. i am writing to you as a last resort as i do not seem to be getting any joy from my site repair team.

my pitch number on Golden sands site is OAK MEADOWN 23.

Hope you can help with this as its now getting me down and the reason i asked the site to do the repair was so it could be stress free, but has only just added to my stress, please help me with this repair
