Bad Customer Service and Late Delivery: My Experience with Firestore Online
I used to buy from Firestore Online because they had good prices, but I won't be doing that anymore. The customer service is really bad. I've called a few times to ask about my order, which is very late, and the same guy always answers the phone. He says he'll call me back or email me, but he never does. I've been waiting for 47 days for an order that was supposed to take 15. I've also tried emailing them, but I never get a response. It seems like they just took my money and didn't give me anything in return. I suggest shopping somewhere else instead.
Beware of Firestore Online: A Scam Store Cheating Customers
I recently had an experience with Firestore Online and it was not a good one. I wish I had known earlier that this store is a big scam and may not even have any products to sell. Unfortunately, I am not alone in this experience as many others have also faced similar issues. I placed an order for a bundle of items in July 2018, but to my dismay, I have not received anything yet. It is frustrating to see that even after so many complaints, the store is still operating and cheating people.

Disappointed with Firestore Online's Customer Service for Damaged Fire Gear Bag
Ordered Dutywear Deluxe XXXL Fire Gear Bag with custom embroidery from Firestore Online. When I received the package, I noticed that the gear bag had a sharp slice in it. It looked like it was cut by machinery. I contacted their customer service and sent them pictures of the damage. However, they implied that I had cut it while opening the bag. I was disappointed with their response and sent them pictures of the shipping bag to show that it was impossible for me to have caused the damage.
It has been almost two months now, and I have yet to receive a replacement for the damaged bag. I already sent the damaged bag back to them, but I still haven't heard anything from them. I am frustrated with their lack of response and customer service. I was looking forward to using the gear bag for my firefighting duties, but now I am left without a proper bag to store my gear.
I hope that Firestore Online can resolve this issue soon and send me a replacement for the damaged bag. I understand that mistakes can happen during shipping, but it is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide good customer service. I bought some shoes from Firestore Online and it took them over a week to ship them out. It was a total of two weeks before I finally got them. Unfortunately, I had to return them. According to their website, they should refund me within 14 days of receiving the return. But it's been three weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I've tried calling them and emailing them, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. When I do manage to get through to them (which is only on Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm EST), the phone connection is really bad and I can barely hear what the representative is saying. They've told me three times now that my return has "gone to Accounting," but I still haven't received my refund. I'm going to have to get my bank involved tomorrow.

I recently had an experience with Firestore Online and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. My son had purchased a pair of pants from them, but unfortunately they did not fit. When I reached out to their customer service team to inquire about the status of my order, I was given the runaround and told that they weren't sure why it hadn't been delivered yet. Eventually, I heard back from another customer service representative who apologized for the delay, but informed me that I wouldn't be able to receive a refund due to some issue with PayPal.
As of February 28th, 2020, I still haven't received my order or my refund, despite opening up several cases with the Better Business Bureau against the company. It's frustrating to see that Firestore Online isn't accredited and has a number of negative reviews, which unfortunately seem to be accurate based on my own experience.
I've provided my email and phone number to Firestore Online, but have yet to receive any communication from them regarding my order or refund. I'm hoping that they'll be able to rectify the situation soon, but in the meantime, I can't recommend this company to others based on my own experience.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with Firestore Online
So, I had a bit of a problem with Firestore Online. I got charged for an order that I never placed, and when I called the number on my bank statement, the customer service person said it wasn't their number. But it had their company name and was listed in Florida, so I don't know what's going on there. The guy kept telling me that there was no way I was charged because he had no record of an order from me. But if there was no order, how did they get my card info? And the charge was for the exact amount of the item I supposedly ordered, plus shipping.
I called back a second time and asked to speak to a manager, but the guy just hung up on me! I was so mad, I can't even tell you. I'm definitely going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. It's just not right to treat customers like this.

How can they possibly stay in business with this horrid customer service. There was no apologies for the delay. No sort of compensation. Worst customer service ever. I have filed a complaint with Paypal. Maybe I'll be able to get my money back. Save your money and time... go elsewhere to order! I will also be contacting the BBB to report their terrible service.

I ordered two pair of EMT pants from this company 12/25, received e-mail confirmation and monies taken from bank account over $100. Have not received merchandise as of yet. Attempted to contact company via web site and phone left messages with no response. I have used this company without problems in the past but not sure what is going on now.

Order placed on 22 September and as of 8 October not received. USPS has no knowledge of the provided tracking number. The USPS Tracking Number is one that USPS advises they have no record of a package associated with. The order number is for 7 shirts, and the credit card was charged on the day of the transaction, which was 22 September , for an amount of $146.32. I have attempted to reach out via email and used the chat service online without any response, except for the automated update when checking the status of the order on the website.

The purpose of this badge is that it was going to be used in a play by the Roustabouts Theatre Company here in San Diego, CA. I am their props designer, and ordered the badge using money out of my own pocket that is to be redeemed by the Theatre Company. The play opened on 3/13, so we needed the badge by then. About a week or so before the play opening, I was worried, as I had been checking the order status and it never changed from "Awaiting Shipment". (The order status still says the same thing right now.) I sent the company an email through their "Contact Us" page on their website. No response. The opening date came and went, and still no badge. Of course, the show was cancelled shortly after due to COVID-19. I followed up with Firestoreonline again on 3/30 by using their website's live chat. I spoke to someone named Mark and gave him my order number. He apologized, and said he would issue a refund. I was pleased! The next day, 3/31, I received a voicemail from JC at Firestoreonline that the badge was complete and they would be sending it out the next day. I was very confused, and tried to call them back at the number they had left in the voicemail, [protected]. Nothing, not even a ring, as if the line was disconnected. I tried the online live chat again. No response. Finally, I found their general phone number and got a hold of someone. I explained my situation, and he knew exactly who I was without even looking up my order number. He explained that they do not issue refunds for custom badges, and that Mark, the online chat representative, is new to the job and didn't know better. I expressed my frustration as kindly as possible, and asked to speak with a manager. Apparently I was already speaking with the manager. I explained that I had never been responded to originally, how I had a deadline, and how this money will directly effect the theatre which had to cancel their show and faces a huge loss due to COVID-19. I know that this is not Firestoreonline's problem, and I understand that this is a custom item unique to my order. It is their lack of communication and professionalism that I am upset about. They had the opportunity to respond to my first message in early March, and never did. They have an order status feature on their website that could have clued me in to how long this was going to take. The worst part is that I was promised a refund, in writing, and they are not giving me one. I have worked in customer service for 15 years - when your representative makes a mistake or is ill-informed, it is up to the business to rectify that. My personal theory is that this order was lost in the mix somehow, and they finally got around to it when I brought it up on 3/30. I know a custom job can take some time, but a month and a half or production for one item seems ridiculous to me. I would be able to forgive the length of time if there had been proper communication.
