Boulder Outdoor Survival School, B.O.S.S.False Advertising

This company canceled a 14 day course that I had signed up for after I had spent close to a $1000.00 on non-refundable plane tickets, insurance, motel, medical forms, and 'required equipment' purchases. The owner of the company ultimately refused to have the promised conversation with me that he said he would to work out the issues of concern. It has since come to my attention that B.O.S.S. has a lengthy track record of offering courses, and then cancelling them on paying customers. Nowhere in any of B.O.S.S.s advertising does it say anything about the companies policies regarding their cancelling courses. At no time did any member of the B.O.S.S. staff warn me that courses are routinely canceled. In my opinion this company engages in false advertising by offering courses, and accepting tuition money for those courses, when they ultimately have no desire to run them.
