We were extremely happy with the service provided by BorderPlumbing! Justin was prompt, courteous and professional! The parts required to complete our repairs were difficult to find. Justin let us know as soon as he found them and quickly retuned and had everything in working order in no time! We have some servicing required for our furnace and gas fireplaces in the next few months and we will be calling Border Plumbing. We would recommend this company!

Chris was 100% professional. As a previous contractor I could tell that he knew what he was doing immediately. He completed the tank removal and install a lot faster than I anticipated. Cleanup was finished tools put away and a short conversation after completed his job with a few instructions. I am still impressed with his attitude and workmanship and all I can say is that he is a definite asset to your company. Thank you again for a job well done. Border is a great Company to deal with. It all begins with Matt. He is on it from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Dayton and his assistant installed a new furnace in our home with great efficiency. Upon installation everything was left spotless. Follow up repairs to part of a wall which had to be removed to install furnace were done by Dustin. His work is impeccable. Everything was done to our satisfaction and he also left everything spotless. We would highly recommend Border Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. Thank you

Quick response to plugged kitchen sink drain...and old rusted garburator removal. New drain line and sink baskets installed and then had to deal with old brittle dishwasher line that started leaking. Persisted with options until all resolved, and with great patience. Colin G very pleasant and explained everything as he progressed. Even though it took much longer than anticipated, he didn't make me feel he had to rush off to next job. I have also purchased hot water tank from Border, new A/C last year and have furnace servicing done with them too. Always get good service.

Chris M. did an amazing job for us! He investigated what was up with our hot water tank- then called us over and explained the things that could be wrong. He made a quick fix and then explained that it could happen again however we didn't need to replace the tank- which frankly I was expecting to hear. It was refreshing to hear that it still has another 2-3 years in it- and that if it goes again, he sent us a quote of the work that would be required. So we know what to do next time and it won't require a whole new unit. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism...

Landon conducted service and maintenance on my furnace and fireplaces. Very comfortable with him in my house and he conducted the work very professionally. He provided me with the important information regarding the older low efficiency furnace. Without feeling pressure he gave me the approximate cost of a new high efficiency furnace and advised that Fortis is currently providing a substantial rebate. Regarding the gas fireplaces, he properly rearranged the fake wood pieces that were out of place in one unit and thoroughly cleaned the units. I felt very comfortable with the work Landon performed

Had a UV air purifier installed and some ducting repair and cleaning work done by Justin L... very knowledgeable individual with a professional work approach, where he clearly explained all the ramifications of the work required with cost estimates for approval before getting the work done... We have been using Border Plumbing for a couple of years now, and all the Technicians that have come here for inspections or repairs have been Grade A people... so thanks Justin L. for a job well done and to all the other Techies that make up Border Plumbing, Heating and A/C, which I highly recommend.

I was pretty frantic as i thought my hose broke on my washing machine. I hate to admit i phoned quite a few companies for a fix. They all put me off for 2 weeks or more. But not the awesome people at Border Plumbing, they came the same day , the didn't care that it might only be a quick inexpensive job, they treated me like i was a real person in need of help. He was on time , found the problem right away and it wasn't a quick fix after all it was a pipe in the wall but he got it done in no time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BORDER PLUMBING! Thanks Chris, you were so great and treated me with respect and friendly .:)

Steve and his team were excellent to work with! We have an older home with tricky plumbing issues, Steve took so much time to figure out the problem and the best solution for us. I really felt he was on the side of the homeowner, giving us the best advice from many years of experience! The young men who came with him also were very helpful, all of them explaining the details in a way I could understand. I highly recommend this company. Also, Steve has great respect for the young men who work with him, treating them so well and working with them so skillfully. This company is very fortunate to have a wise, experienced man working for them. Phil as well was on site giving his direction, and I appreciated his in-sight.

Once again, I am more than happy to post a review for the Border team. Dustin came to do a cooling performance tune up on our eight-year-old heat pump. New to the house, I did not even know what a heat pump was! He answered my questions very knowledgeably and patiently and made some recommendations to improve performance and extend the life of the equipment. I also really appreciate the fact that Border reached out to me (thanks Ellie) to schedule my annual service call. With lots going on, I had overlooked the fact that I should be booking an appointment. As well, when I asked the dispatcher about COVID-19 measures, I heard everything I needed to hear (thanks Matt)! Dustin was very gracious about wearing a mask during this heat! Hats off to Border for making the safety and well being of their staff and customers a priority. Thanks again!
