Booksi.com review: Bait and switch scam

I purchased a vacation package from Booksi for the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and was immediately misled. After paying, I was told the dates I wanted were unavailable, even though the hotel showed open rooms. When I called, I was informed that Booksi doesn't even have Paris Las Vegas in their inventory at all — meaning they sold me a package they could never actually book. This is a classic bait-and-switch.

Customer service requests all communication over the phone, but I requested everything in writing. Still waiting for a proper response. Save yourself the frustration — this company is not transparent and feels very scam-like. I do NOT recommend using Booksi
