Book Goodies I have not got any responses.

Bookgoodies.com offers delay pay when you book a trip. I booked a hotel with them. This company double charged me. I called customer service, stayed on the line waiting to talk to a representative for 45 min to have someone tell me it was a glitch, it happened to other people. They said I would here a response in 24 to 48 hrs. I have not got any responses.
