Terrible Service
This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won. Now they are doing a really bad job of cleaning our offices, cannot speak English, so we have not communication. We have conformed with the franchisor to send certified letters & they are denying our right to cancel our contract. Do no ever use this company. They are a bunch of crooks!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
