Gret Service Department!
Gret Service Department! My son recently purchasd a used Scion from an individual. It needed servcing, so he took it to Bommarito Toyota. Our service advisor treated him with respect and really helped him get done what he needed. My sons funds were limited, so the service advisor did what he could to help him get the essentials that needed to be done. He went way above and beyond for him. I was so impressed with the care and compassion he showed my son. For 11 years Ive trusted Bommarito Honda for sales and service, and can say that the great customer service carries over to Bommarito Toyota as well.

I had a really bad experience with Bommarito Toyota
I had a really bad experience with Bommarito Toyota. They messed up my loan by making it backdated. On top of that, they only gave me a temporary tag for 29 days, which is not enough time. They also spelled my name wrong on all the paperwork, which is just sloppy. When I applied for the title, they didn't give me credit for my down payment. They even made me sign an agreement for delayed delivery of the certificate of ownership. To make matters worse, they didn't provide me with a 60-day temporary tag like they were supposed to. They claim they sent the title in the mail, but it got lost. The worst part is that they were extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve this issue. To top it all off, the title is from another state, so I can't even drive the car now. It's a complete mess.

Very bad service cuz of car towin', service (oil change). Company didn't care 'bout findin' car to fix it 'cause Reliable Towing left it on their lot. Toyota started sayin' the car was stolen by the owner to avoid takin' responsibility. I wanna share my honest thoughts 'bout bein' treated real bad by this company. The lady Karen in the service department was the worst, she prolly owns the place.

I went to the car shop yesterday 'bout my car I bought in February . I got an oil change 2 months ago and they told me I needed 2 tires. I went to Sam's to get my tires and they told me that I had 2 separate sets of different tires. The set was bad. Sam's put the old tires in the trunk of my car and I took it back to the car shop. I asked them how they sell me a car with 2 separate set of tires. The bumper also has a crack on the passenger side. They told me they were gonna set up an appointment to get it fixed. They never called me to get it fixed. They didn't wanna take care of it also. This is a 2019, I shouldn't have to deal with bad tires and a crack in my bumper.

We had an appointment with Bommarito Toyota Service department for our 2017 Nissan Armada transmission failure. We followed the dealership's instructions and had the vehicle towed to their location. The tow truck driver handed the keys to a Bommarito employee. However, we never received any updates from the dealership, so we decided to call and inquire about our vehicle. They informed us that the vehicle had not been checked in and there was a possibility that it had been delivered to the wrong dealership. We requested them to check their parking lot for our car, but they said they would and never called us back. In the meantime, we contacted AAA and confirmed that the vehicle had indeed been delivered to the correct location. The drivers even provided a description of the employee who received the keys for our vehicle. We called Bommarito again and shared this information with them. We requested to speak to a manager, but all we got was ***'s voicemail. We left a message but never received a call back. At this point, not only did we not receive any service from the dealership, but they also did not make any effort to locate our vehicle or communicate with us.
