They are doing the same scam as I read about here for other businesses - just a new name for them I believe. They advertise a product and strongly imply with pictures and words that is what you are getting. Instead you get a low quality cheap item that could legitimately called the same thing - less electric.
Electric scissors - 50% off... Essentially when you send in the money and shipping, which is high for what they send you, the order form says electric scissors. You don't get anything electric. I would like all of my money back. The other complaint on here says paypal will not work with people. Their wording is tricky - on purpose.

I experienced the same- Took quite some time to receive and it was a cheap non-electric pruning shears that I received.
I opened a PayPal dispute and the company agreed to a full refund (after I refused 50% refund)if I ship the item back and it is received by Sept 6.
The company is in Malaysia. First off Paypal has no option to respond to this latest offer. Second, I am NOT shipping a $4 pruner to Malaysia. Even if I chose to do so, I am doubtful it would be received by 9/6.
So these sleazy people won. Lesson Learned on my part and I will never purchase anything through PayPal or sites that look iffy again. I used Paypal because I did feel a bit leery about the transaction and felt there would be recourse if the product was not as specified.
Not so. My credit card company would have resolved this long ago.
