Boats.net review: Ordering system and return policy

Ordered prop as their system went down. Could not get a confirmation. When entering my preliminary order number back when system was up... System kept reporting no order found. Never received a confirmation. Put in that order number for days and still no order found. Gave up and ordered from another source.
But it did arrived. All beat up and the box damaged. When I call to explained the situation... I was given an rma... No problem... But the cost to ship return was on me. I asked about the free returns and was told they'll accept it back without a restocking charge... Even if their system was in partial blame? It cost $56. To return. Doesn't sound like a free return as advertised. Beware.
Contacting through phone, chat, and return messaging very awkward with slow response time. I'd recommending avoiding this site completely.
