These people are very DISHONEST. I had ordered a Bimini Top for an Yamaha boat which was close to $700. According to their own shipping policy, the order qualifies as a "Free Shipping" order. Not so fast. They accepted my order as a "free shipping" under their terms. However, when it came time ship it, they wanted to charge me $130 extra. The rep i spoke to says "because that's what the UPS is charging us". What UPS is charging you is not my problem. I had to agree to pay half because i had promised my customer that Bimini top. It felt like being held at a gun point but this involved money and not life. They should ship the product as promised. I have been a really good customer of boats.net for a while but now they will lose me over a shipping charge.
