We had a dude named Mr. *** come over to give us a quote for a home reno at *** in ***, ***. The job started on Monday, March 29 and it's been over a year since then, but the job is still not done. We've tried to get in touch with Mr. a bunch of times, but he only wants to talk through email or text. We asked for a bill that shows how much the countertops cost per square foot and how much square footage we actually used. Right now, the countertops in our kitchen were put in over a farm sink that's the wrong size (his team put in the sink) and now the sink is blocking one of our kitchen drawers. Plus, there's a hole in the countertop that we didn't need. We want the countertop fixed or replaced and a bill that shows the cost of the materials, tax, and labor for the countertops. We don't have an itemized bill that shows how much we paid for the countertops, labor, tax, and installation in the kitchen, bathrooms, and floating table in our kitchen. We already paid Mr., but we haven't gotten a bill that shows us how much everything really cost.
