Pro-Home Services

I hired Pro-Home Services Inc. to do some work on my home and overall, I was pretty happy with the job they did. However, there were a few things that could have been better. First of all, scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. I understand that the weather can be unpredictable, but I wish they had done a better job of keeping me in the loop about when they would be coming to work on my house. It was frustrating to have to rearrange my schedule at the last minute because they were coming on a different day than I had expected.

Another issue was that they left nails in my driveway. I ended up getting a few nails in my car tire, which was a major inconvenience. However, I will say that they did take responsibility for this and deducted the cost of the tire repair from my final bill. I appreciate that they owned up to their mistake and made it right.

Overall, I think Pro-Home Services Inc. did a good job on the work they did for me. They were professional and efficient, and the end result looked great. However, I do wish they had communicated better with me throughout the process. If they had been more proactive about letting me know when they would be coming and what to expect, it would have made the whole experience a lot smoother.
