Blue Ridge Home Fashions Serta Down Duvet

We purchased 2 Serta Down Duvets (Queen size) at Superstore, West Kelowna on Jan 7, 2019. at 10:33 am. One quilt is fine, the other has feathers separating and steadily come out of the material. The sewing around each square is still intact. The feathers have also bunched into the piles throughout the quilt.

Desired outcome: Replace the quilt.

Blue Ridge Home Fashions Serta down duvet (queen)

We purchased a Serta Down Duvet from Superstore in West kelowna, BC, Canada approximately 2 1/2 years ago. The feathers are steadily coming out of the quilt. Also, the quilt is packing into piles. The stock # is [protected]. The time is as follows10:33 am on Jan 7. The price was $78.40. This is a Queen Size Duvet.

Desired outcome: Please replace the quilt. I would appreciate a response quickly.Thank you
