! we got some drapes from half price drapes and they were really good. we were worried that they wouldn't be good quality because they were so cheap, but they were actually really nice. we got them for our living room and they look great. they were easy to hang up too. we're really happy with our purchase and would definitely buy from half price drapes again.

half price drapes is a bad company. They have bad service and their ad is misleading. They misrepresent their prices and take no responsibility. They are complete liars.

Got my 6 drapes from Half Price Drapes and saw that they're selling the same ones on *** for way cheaper! I called them up to match the price (they say they do it within 10 days), but they're making me send my order back and buy from ***, even though it's the same thing! Plus, they're charging me $27 for shipping. Won't be dealing with them again.

I got all my drapes from Half Price Drapes. I moved into my new crib 3 years ago and I was happy with my bedroom drapes. But I wanted a new vibe and color. I saw that Half Price Drapes was having a sale where all sizes were the same price. So I went all out and got drapes from ceiling to floor. It made a huge difference! My bedroom looks more classy and bigger. I wish I did the same for my living room. Maybe next time. I'm happy with the quality and service from this company. Thanks!

Don't buy from this company. I wasted hours trying to order and had to redo it because of their site issues. I called, texted, and emailed, but had to call again after 3 days because no one contacted me. Their "customer service" is bad, might as well call them an answering service, because they don't listen to resolve, even when requesting a manager after 25 minutes of going around in circles with the rep. They don't take responsibility for their site glitches, nor make any effort to make up for the inconvenience or time lost. I canceled my order and won't do business with them again. Previous reviews show the drapes are poor quality and can be found cheaper elsewhere. Be careful.

This company is terrible. Their customer service is awful and their product is super low quality. I bought some velvet drapes from them and got some cheap microsuede fabric that looked nothing like velvet. When I tried to return them, they charged me $90 for shipping and said it was my fault for not reading that the fabric was polyester. I've bought polyester velvet drapes before and they were nothing like this. They treated me like I was stupid and didn't answer any of my questions. They won't take responsibility for their lies. If I knew these $1000 drapes were going to be so bad, I never would have bought them. When I tried to leave a review on their Instagram, they blocked me. And to top it off, the person I talked to on the phone hung up on me. These people are terrible and their product is garbage.

I called them to make sure I got the right size, but the agent told me to get the longer one even though I said my window was only 95 inches. When I got the drapes, they were too long and they won't exchange them or take responsibility for the mistake. I had to pay $22.30 for return shipping and they're holding the package for 10 days before giving me a refund. They said it's for "quarantine" like it's a person! I don't think that's legal. Their Service Department is terrible, they treated me like a number and didn't care when I told them I lost my job and needed the refund faster.

I bought from this company a lot of times and always happy with the final product. All curtains came with polyester lining. Something after it gets steamed helps long heavy material to drip smooth, nice. Last purchase order I made was 140" long silk curtains. I paid $2047 for custom size. Few weeks and it arrived. Sadly, you could see these curtains were not made the way the previous were. Worse part is lining, starched cotton. So when you hang it up, curtains are bulky. Steamer doesn't help. Company never mentioned that they choose or change lining. Since these are for big windows, this cotton lining you can see and makes curtains look like bubbly treatments. I tried to talk direct with a company, only emails are answered. Telling me they had a right to choose what material they use. Website, previous purchases, and all advertising they have done, they never ever mentioned that they change anything.

I ordered some drapes and sheers from Half Price Drapes on November 1st. The total cost was $728.92. I got 4 panels of drapes and 4 panels of sheers, all supposed to be the same length of 134". I needed them for 2 tall windows. When I got the order, I was happy with the quality, but when I hung them up, I saw that the sheers were more than an inch longer than the drapes. It looked weird. I sent customer service multiple pictures and even pictures with a tape measure showing the difference. They said I could return them for a full refund, but then they changed their minds and asked for more pictures. I already sent them enough proof, but they keep asking for more. They don't want to take responsibility for their mistake and won't let me return the items. If they don't give me my money back, I'll have to go to AMEX.

I ain't too happy with Half Price Drapes. They wanna charge me 10% for shipping when I wanna return something. Ain't that a rip-off? And when I tried to exchange it for something better, the material wasn't up to snuff even though I got a swatch. They want me to take it to some drop-off center with no guarantee it'll get there safe and sound, and still charge me 10% for a lousy product. It took me four hours just to get in touch with them, and they still wanna charge me for shipping. The Ice Blackout Extra Wide Vintage Textured Faux Dupioni Curtain I got was supposed to be good, but it was a real letdown. The SKU was PDCH-KBS1BO-84-DW, the color was Ice, and the header was Pole Pocket with *** Belt. The size was 100W x 84L, and I got eight of them. The price was $ *** but I got a discount and paid $ ***. The subtotal was $ *** and the total was $ ***. The order number was 1800649 and the tracking number was ***. They better fix their act or I ain't buying from them again.
