I purchased two pair of pants, had to wait over 60 days for backorder, when I received my order it was the wrong size. I returned the order for a different size at my expense instead of parcel post offered by the company. Furthermore, I called in 14 days later to find out about when I can expect my exchange order and was told at that time that they would not honor my exchange, Their mistake and I get charged postage. The company has gone down hill.
Claimed loss: $15.66
Desired outcome: Would have liked to have the order exchanged for a smaller size. Or refund of my postage to return the order that they are not honoring.
