i was supposed to receive my package 3 days ago. because i am not allowed to have my phone in my workplace as part of the company policy and have my package be delivered at my company or use my phone from 8 to 12, i informed the delivery man that he must contact my family member, which i gave him the number, to ask for my exact address and ask for the payment. what surprised me was that he asked for my name, which should have be on the package, texted me at 9 am, which he already knew that it will impossible for me to answer, didn't know my house when in fact it is just across a school, 12 feet, and never informed me that he sent it back to manila for it has reached the possible delivery attempt...all information even the color of the house is given and never once attempt to contact the number i've texted to him...

I ordered Automatic Wrist Blood Measure thing for my dad because he badly needed it. Thru BA locator, it already arrived in the city 3 days ago and guess what? I haven't receive any notifications neither text from that [censored]ty logistics! Bat ang slow ng delivery niyo even nasa city na? May ibang priority ba kayo? Anong method meron kayo? Bull and [censored] naman oh. Tapos wala pang customer hotline. So ano nalang? Ma rereturn nalang tong inorder ko? Ganun? Bwesit tlaga ako sana nag pa LBC nalang! Musta Black Arrow kaya pa?!

I would like to ask an update regarding my parcel with a tracking number of 19062017365EDP2 on the tracking posted on shopee it was stated that "consignee is not available" but the supposed to be receiver was telling me that the delivery man for the parcel was texting her and he was about to deliver the parcel, but until now it is still not yet delivered. Please send me an update regarding this matter because the receiver is contemplating if she will cancel her order.

Black arrow is such a crap. I TRIED not to choose this courier because I had a horrible experience with them past days pero yun lang available kaya ano magagawa ko?! Get your service out of Shoppee. No delivery man are delivering the items! That's the problem. Walang messages na galing man lang sa kanila. And then makikita mo sa status 'consignee unknown/unavailable' seriously?! Pangalawang beses na to ah. Hello? Andaming tao sa bahay Ulol! Tapos I tried to contact their office here but crap! Its just plain stupidity!

Its been 2 days since i received a text message from black arrow that my item will be delivered by sat. I waited all day but no one came... The next day i also received a text message from black arrow again... And again i waited all day just to received my order from shoppee...but then again i was disappointed... Because no one came... Why do you text the cosignee that their item will be deliver within that day of your text, in a matter of fact no one will be there to deliver their item... Are you joking us guys? This LUNA RANDE OF BLACK ARROW BAE BATINO LAGUNA should be given an action... He does not even text the cosignee if he cant make the delivery...

Black arrow texted me that they are about to deliver my parcel today
But sad to say the driver was not appeared the said day. However, the driver put in the shipping info. That consignee is not available. How come like that? the driver didn't even call or text me I'm waiting at home the whole day. And i noticed that this driver is the same driver that always put consignee not available of my parcel. i dont know if the driver is lazy or he dont know the location but if he really do not know the location he can call or text me as what the other drivers do. But he never did that. Hopefully you can take action of this!

im waiting for your courier to pick up my items today. no one showed. I tried to check and track the order id number, website shows pick up succesful. how come they put that info when no one even showed on my house to pick up the items? pls check your man power on you dasma. cavite branch. they are very lousy. maybe its time to change staff. otherwise thos elazy staff you have will drag the business down!

Tatamad ng mga riders ng black arrow kahit kailan. Consignee unknown nakalagay sa tracking mga pucha. Tapos ngayon reached maximum attempts na e wala pa ngang nagiinform na may idedeliver? Ayusin nyo service nyo punyeta naman. Pangalawang beses na to pinalagpas ko. Nakalagay naman incomplete address. E pucha di pa nga nasisimulan mag deliver incomplete agad. Tatamad nyo! Sana ma aksyunan naman to. Boycott black arrow!

We didn't receive any message or notification from black arrow. We've been tracking our order and it took time for them to deliver our package. When we tracked our order again we were tagged as Consignee Not Available. This is not acceptable. Black Arrow Express should do their job better. I hope they'll fix their delivery system.

I ordered from Shopee and the delivery man didn't come twice. I've waited all day long and as I track my parcel's location, it says that the consignee isn't available since yesterday. I've been home since yesterday until today but it says that the consignee is not available. I badly need the item that I ordered. Please do something about this. Yesterday morning, I received a text message that Black Arrow Express will deliver my shopee own packaging item. So I ask our lobby guard and receptionist to call me when delivery guy arrived. No one shows until afternoon, I send a text message to the delivery guy asking if where he is, no replies..

Then upon cheking this morning via shopee app, transaction was completed and was received by me.. I haven't received any.. I don't know why this was tagged as completed.. Maybe because the amount is small that's why the rider didn't come to delivery..

The delivery boy called me and I was not able to answer thw first time as I.was attending to my sick son. It was only when he texted that I noticed he already called twice and in the.text he was already threatening to cancel my order. I did not wamt to camcel it since I have beem waiting for the package for almost 2weeks amd I really need to use it. When I finally answered his call. He was very very very rude! And when I finally got to answer gis call he waa ctually at the wrong address! even.implying that I was the one whose wrong. The nerve. Im so infuriated with how I was treated by this delivery boy. I actually recommend to have him. Removed coz hes ruining your companys name. I will never select black arrow as.my courier ever again

Reyes, emer john.name of the delivery man..3rd time my item wasnt delivered, if other delivery man, item was delivered, at first attempt, he called me so i explained how to go to our place, i even texted him. The order was tagged consignee not available, on the 2nd attempt no communacation was made, and tagged rts..now on my next order, it was him again to deliver, and now it was tagged consignee not available, it was really frustrating on my part

My parcel to Bacolod did not arrive to my client. Last June 4, 2019 ; 9:28 pm it stated 'consignee not available'. My client waited the whole day but nobody came and 9:28pm is such a late hour for deliveries. Now, as i track the parcel it's still in Bacolod but in transit back to Parañaque. Can you please deliver it again to the delivery address? My client is still waiting.

My order which is a dress from Shopee arrived in Cebu City last May 23, 2019 (Friday) according to the order tracker. I received a message yesterday (June 4, 2019) at 10:04am that my order will be delivered and the delivery man called at 11:02am to inform me that he's nearby. He told me that he is already in Pari-an, Cebu City. I was surprised because he was actually quite far from my location. I found out that he misunderstood the delivery location. He thought it's in University of the Visayas-Main (Colon) but it's actually in University of the Visayas-Banilad. He ended the call and I just waited the whole day yesterday until today. I checked shopee's order tracker but I was surprised to see that they indicated CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE twice! I am very worried because it might be returned to sender and I need that dress for my friend's wedding soon. I tried to reach Black Arrow Cebu's contact number which is only one by the way but the line is always busy. I hope to receive my order soon.

basta itong delivery man ang incharge nang order ko from shoppe hindi ko talaga ma re. Recieve, .. Parang kmi pa ang gagawa nng paraan pra m. Recieve ang order nmin, kesyo hindi niya pwed ewan ung delivery bag sa motorsiklo kasi marami siyang dala, tapos kmi pa dpat lumabas sa store nmin pra e. Recieve... And we cant do that bec. Hi may i ask until what time your delivery time? Because i have here a complaint to paquito palomeras the handler of my package which is i requested to deliver my item 3pm because i wasnt available on morning. So he refuse my request because he said at the time of 3pm he should be into his company already. It was my 2nd attempt so i wasnt get my order. !

I don't think binabasa nila ang mga complaints kasi halos pareparehas lang at walang action na ginawa..I'm supposed to received my item right now pero ni hindi manlang nagtext o tumawag para ipaalam kung kailan idedeliver samantalang noong lunes 6:54am pa dumating ang item sa tacloban..I'm very dissapointed kasi dapat aalis kami pero di ako sumama kasi nga baka dumating walang tatanggap. Yung ibang delivery services wala namang problema..on time or ahead of schedule pa kung dumating..itong black arrow lang ang palpak..oorder pa rin ako sa shoppee pero di na black arrow ang pipiliin kung courrier.

Ive been waiting for my order from shopee until now still havent received it.
Napakabagal ng delivery service nyo, I read alot of complaints about this courier and I could very well attest how poor their services are. There is no lead time as to when will I receive my order.this is the first time I experienced this and the moment I receive my order I will never try shopee and this courier again. Do something about this Black Arrow Express! Worst delivery service ever!
