BioLife Plasma Services review: Wait times and staff not nice

I have donated at Bilofe for over 20 years, and these last two weeks have been the worst ever. I walk at 155 for a 2pm appointment and I wait in two lines for over 1 hour and 30 minutes, then wait another 45 to even be approached by a staff. In back... They don't go in order of being seated... Then staff walks away several more times before even sticking me. Service is horrible at this time. Worst I have ever seen it.

This is the second time in these two weeks I have been here for over 3 hours... not a very good experience, and staff doesn't seem to care about it or make any attempt to fix it.

Also seems to be less clean as well, no desire to keep things clean
