tolong lah jangan biadap ngn customer, dah tahu lambat tu minta la maaf eish bodo, pastu lain kali tolong lah sampai dengan tepat, ni ‘sidai' orang 1 jam, gila ke?

The worst bus ever that i hv seen. I booked my ticket at 3.30 pm. Jb to seremban. Its almost 5.30 pm. But still the bus never come. I call the ticket couter, they give so many reasons. We pay for our ticket. Why your service is so poor. Wasted la.

Very late! 2 hours wait! Driver so innoying!

I booked my trip from TBS-JB at 3am and the bus is delayed more than 1 hour, the is really wasted our time and bad service ever. And the Bus driver is very rude, late and still slowly action there.

I bring my son travel to butterworth..
When I pour milk for my son in feeding bottle suddenly drop abit in bus.. At tat time I was clean tat with wet tissue.. But tat driver shouting me
Infront all passengers.. I'm travel
Jb to butterworth.. Long travel.. How come
I can travel without give milk or food my kid., why do stupid.. Once I reach butterworth., I will make report on tis driver.,
I already take his details
.. So bad services tis bus and driver..

Bus pukul 4 sampai jb larkin pukul 6 lebih? masuk bus kene free steating ko rasa? tanya elok2 tapi staff rudee! berhenti dekat tun aminah lamaa ko rasa kau nak sampai perak pukul berapa!

Saya booking tiket dari ipoh ke kuantan, bas dah la datang lambat, Driver pulak taktahu terminal sentral kuantan dekat mana ? terlepas sampai terengganu, dah la saya nak keje. Then alasan driver dah lama x bawa bus? are you sure ? please la train your driver, omg menyusahkan gila

17/12/2021 bus service from JB to KL 2pm, delay time achieved 1 and half hours to 3.30pm! What a very good schedule for customer which don't you think people are urgent for something else?

Please improve your services, if you can't make it on time please notify earlier or schedule to other bus service providers which can meet the time!

This kind of services would not allow you to be more competitive!

We booked bus frm TBS to JB on 10/12/2021. (2:00 pm bus). Bus seats n the entire bus are so dirty. Can see well that the driver never clean d bus for some time. We didn't feel a safe journey in this bus because the driver drive too fast without considering passagers safety. In ticket it stated non stop bus frm TBS to JB. Meanwhile, this bus stop in few terminals to drop n pick up passengers. N it took our journey for too long to reach our destination. Wonder how this bus having BILLION STAR EXPRESS name, but wat we experienced today can't even rate for 1 star.

On 05/12, i bought ticket at 6.30pm from Larkin to TBS. but currently utd already 8.45pm but the busy havent arrived yet. What nonsense is this!

Please dont ever purchase this bus..delay for no reason at all. Korang bayang kan tiket jam 8mlm sampai 9 pon tak nampak bayang.. kalo ada emergency mmg lah korang terlepas mcm tu jer..ingat JANGAN BELI TUKET BAS BILLION.TAK KISAH LAH NAK KEMANA PON..WORST BUS EVERRRREE

My bus schedule was 8:14 am from Larkin to seremban. I was waiting from 8am but the bus arrived at 10am. While waiting, there are few buses scheduled at 8:45am, 9am, 9:45am that heading to seremban has been departed. I was waiting there without knowing the reason of delay, what time will the bus reach and how long should I wait? Meanwhile I regretted of buying the ticket. I felt so frustrated and helpless.

Pls do improve ur service. If u can't depart on time, then notify the passenger about the delay. Pls do respect the passenger as well.

Nibong. the bus departure time was 1230pm. Bus no KEQ8111.. From terminal Shah alam it reach tbs at 1330hrs. the driver give us a break for half n hr. n said will move at 1400hrs.instead they gather more people and make us wait untill 1520hrs. totaly frustrated and confuse why we need nearly 2hrs plus just to leave kl. and what system is this. there is. no explaination given until I ask. they say they are waiting for another bus. and y that I aslo. dont. knw. kindly look into this matter. hope for a prompt reply and good thaught given to a unfairfull treat for us a passenger. thank you.

Teruk sangat pengurusan perjalanan Bas Billion star ni .
26/11/2021 bas ke kuantan dari shah alam jam 3 petang. BAs sepatutnya direct ke Kuantan tapi kena turun tukar bas dekat TBS dan dekat situ bas tunggu penumpang lain dari bas lain yang nak transit ke bas tu. Ini pengurusan yang sangat2 teruk.
Lagi satu bas tu masuk ke bandar temerloh untuk ambil orang di sana dulu baru gerak ke kuantan sedangkan erjalanan sepatutnya direct ke kuantan.
So, total perjalanan bas dari shah alam ke kuantan lebih dari 5 jam, sangat2 teruk. Nak jimatkan kos sebab tak ramai naik bas bukan macam ni caranya. kalau takde orang beli tiket tu n orang taknak naik jangan teruskan bisness yang menyusahkan orang macam ni.

The bus should be in 230 but the bus arrived at 4pm and stop at different terminal so the journey take a very long time. No apologies at all. Cancelllllll! wait untill viral next time and this company will bankrupt.

I have book ticket for single seat (1A). And a man claim this seat belongs to driver and directed to me to take the seat is empty. The only seat was empty is towards the end. The chair seat was not in good condition and the seat moves automatically. Totally uncomfortable and they ask me to tolerate till ipoh. Journey from butterworth to ipoh 2hours 30 minutes. I tried to explain they was not ready to listen . I feel so offended with this kind of services. First place I'm not going on a free ride. And I'm getting a worst kind of service. Kindly do a inspection of the seat. And I do need a explain as well for this?

This is my first time boarding this bus from Ipoh to Penang and the bus arrived quite late. Upon reaching to my seat i tried using the massage chair but it wasn't working and we weren't provided with wifi password. when the driver hit the road, the bus gave out noises whenever the driver stepped on the oil n break paddle which was very nuisance. The noise irritated my ears throughout the journey. I feel very much cheated because I chose this bus based on its description. It is not how I expected it would be and its very much disappointing

My ticket was at 2.30pm but it was delayed to 4pm. I was really dissapointed but i am okay with it then. But then at 4pm there were 2 bus billion star arrived at the tbs on the same time, and suddenly i took the wrong bus which was going to kuantan where i supposedly went to ipoh. Then i ask the driver to confirm the path. And he raised his voice and stated that both of the bus go will go to the same place. Then i'd to ask other passenger to confirm the path where then i need to change to the other one. Luckily the bus doesn't move yet at that time. Then again it was the same driver who raised the voice and its humiliate me to everyone on the bus for bringing food into the bus and ask me to finish the food on that time but then i ignore it. I hatw the lateness and also the driver behavior.

On 11/11/2021, I bought 4 tickets from the BILLION STAR EXPRESS ticketing counter at Prangin Mall, Georgetown, Penang for departure on 13/11/2021 @8.15 am from Penang to Shah Alam. As my old-aged mom who has a medical problem is going to travel in this bus, before purchasing the tickets I confirmed with the ticketing clerk whether the bus will be a double-decker bus and she said NO. And I also repeatedly asked her several times whether we have to change from this bus to another bus while on our way to Shah Alam and she also said NO. When we arrived at Prangin Mall on 13/11/2021 at 7.50 am, the ticketing clerk told me that it's a double-decker bus and she also changed our seat numbers. And when I asked why is it a double-decker bus and why she changed the seat numbers on our tickets, she answered me very rudely and did not want to entertain me. I asked her for a refund saying it's their problem who cheated us by lying and she said NO refund very rudely.
I had no choice and agreed to travel in that double-decker bus but my biggest fear was whether they'll ask the passengers to change buses while on the way to Shah Alam so I AGAIN REPEATEDLY MANY TIMES asked her and also spoke through phone and confirmed with the Manager at [protected] whether needed to change from this bus to another bus on the way and BOTH THE CLERK AND THE MANAGER AGAIN TOLD ME NO there will not be a need to change another bus but OMG that was also a big lie. The MANAGER who I talked to at [protected] was also damn rude to me and just disconnected the call. After drop off and pick up at Ipoh, the bus driver informed the passengers that the next stop is at KL and DBS only. Told the driver that our destination is Shah Alam, the driver replied VERY RUDELY that if you want to sampai safely at Shah Alam just change bus like what I said. What the hell is this, tickets are not free, paid RM180 for 4 tickets and also for the worst service ever had. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE BY BILLION STAR. RUDE TICKETING CLERK, RUDE MANAGER, RUDE BUS DRIVER, etc. No wonder there are many bad reviews for BILLION STAR SERVICES on the website. If I would have read the reviews earlier, for sure I wouldn't have purchased the tickets from them. LMAO what a WORST SERVICES rendered by BILLION STAR. SCAM!
