I gotta say, I've used Big Picture Loans three times now and it's always been a breeze. The whole thing is super easy and it doesn't take long to find out if you're approved or not. If you're in a tight spot and need some cash, I'd definitely suggest giving these guys a shot. They've always come through for me.
Big Picture Loans: A Scam Artist Company - Don't Do Business with Them
So, I was looking for a loan and stumbled upon Big Picture Loans. I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try. I took out a loan for $400 and my repayment agreement was for $540.
However, things didn't go as planned. They debited my account three times for $820, which was way more than what I owed. I was really upset and called them three times to get my money back. They agreed to return $140, but they still haven't returned it.
I spent an hour on the phone each time and it was really frustrating because no one spoke English well. It was really hard to communicate with them because they were outsourced in India.
I have to say, this company is a scam. There are other options out there like Advance America who won't steal your money outright. Big Picture Loans literally stole money from my account that I didn't owe. They took down all my information from the website, but never sent a copy of the agreement like they said they would.
I strongly advise you not to do business with them. They have hundreds of complaints against them and they are scam artists.
