They never return emails to answer questions and they take at least 2 days to send the funds sometimes longer. How this company stays in business is beyond me.

I used GoDay Inc. for a loan and paid it off on my payday. Now, I asked for a statement saying I don't owe them anything. But they're taking forever to get back to me, which is not cool. It's totally unacceptable.

I've been using GoDay for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I paid my regular amount on May 20th and even sent an e-transfer to cover the remaining $345. Usually, I get an email thanking me for paying in full within a couple of days.

But it's May 29th now and their website still says I owe $345, even though I already paid it off. I've tried emailing and calling, but they're not responding at all. It's really frustrating because the money has already been taken out of my account and everything looks good on my end. I looked it up and it seems like other people are having the same problem. It's just not cool, man.

I got a payday loan from GoDay and now I wanna change my payment plan. I wanna pay $50 for a longer time cuz of covid-19 and my job and money situation. I asked them a bunch of times but they said no. I just want them to be nice and help me out.

So, I was looking at my credit report and saw that Goday had put a collection on there. The original amount was $800, but they put it down as $10,856! That's crazy! I'm willing to pay the $800, but only if they fix it on my credit report. It's not fair to make me pay over 10K for an $800 debt. Just so you know, I'm not paying anything until they fix it.

I've been with GoDay for a while now and never had any problems until recently. I had a loan and pre-authorized withdrawal set up for $954.50 on September 15th, 2022. On September 14th, I found out my account was hacked and my bank only allowed deposits and set up a new account for me. I told GoDay right away and they told me to pay my balance by e-transfer, which I did and it went through. On September 17th, I got an "urgent" message from GoDay's payment email saying I still owed $954.50 plus an NSF fee and my account was in collections. This was the same email that confirmed my e-transfer payment on September 15th. I've emailed three times and called three times, but no one has responded. My account should be at zero and the NSF fee waived. This is a terrible way to treat a long-term customer. I tried to fix the problem with my bank, but it's crazy that no one can answer calls (I was on hold for over ten minutes each time) or emails.

I had a loan with GoDay Inc. and I missed some payments, which I regret. But, I talked to them and we agreed on a payment plan. I gave them my new bank info for auto payments, but the first payment didn't go through. They said I gave them a closed account, but I didn't (I have emails to prove it). I sent them the missed payment and they said they won't accept my payment plan anymore. They want me to pay $60 more each month, which I can't afford. They agreed to my original payment plan in emails, but now they're accusing me of things. I just want to stick to the plan we agreed on.
