Big Joe's Roofing

When I first got my brand new roof done by Joe everything was perfect, it came with a beautiful 12-year warranty signed by the owner himself. However, after 2-3 months, there were leaks and it was impossible to get Joe or his crew out there. Eventually, they have come out 3 times, yet Joe was never there once but he knew EVERYTHING. Yes, there are still leaks which have caused tremendous damage to my home, including opening up sheetrock, bugs, and mold. Joe sits from his chair and tells his workers what to do but never diagnoses anything himself. Here we are now where I paid $2600 and there's still a problem and he's confirmed he is not coming back to help me. This guy can never make up his mind. What kind of roofer are you? Obviously, you aren't one because you don't do anything yourself, but you sell people on BS. Don't be fooled, stay away, and save your money.
