At the end of October , BG Paving did some asphalt work on our driveway. It's 'bout 130 feet long and 'bout 10 feet wide. Gotta say, we're pretty happy with how it turned out. If we ever need more work done, we'd definitely consider hiring them again.

I got my driveway and barn road done by BG Paving and they did an amazing job. They were awesome to work with. They called and let me know when they would arrive and they were on time for both jobs. Oh, and they even gave me a discount for being in the military. I had a great experience with the crew, they genuinely care about you and your property!

BG was a proffesional and compitent bussiness from start to finish. They answered all our calls promptly and courteously, and were able to do the work quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Their crew was large and skilled, and dealt with several topographic problems effortlessly. You could not find a better paving contractor anywhere.

We hired BG Paving to pave our driveway on 1/29/22. The BG guy said they would start on Monday 1/30, but they actually started on Tuesday, 2/1. The workers did good work, but they often got the wrong instructions. They were told things I didn't ask for, so those things had to be redone. It rained for 2 days, and they were supposed to come back on Friday to finish, but they went to another job instead. The BG guy promised multiple times that they would come back, but they only came over a week later. He gave us a pamphlet about the 12-month guarantee, but he only stayed for 5 minutes. I had questions about the pamphlet, but he said he would come back later and never did. He called me that night to ask about the work, and only then did he mention my questions. His answers didn't make sense, so we looked them up online. We still can't park on the driveway (2/14). I'm taking away one star (4 out of 5) because of his broken promises and bad communication. They have 13 A+ reviews, but there are complaints on another page, both resolved and unresolved. I didn't file a complaint because I didn't want to punish the workers, but I have a problem with the company guy.

I had a bad experience with BG Paving, Inc. They wouldn't fix the retainer wall that got damaged when they were paving. They accidentally ran into the retainer wall while they were paving it.

I got my driveways paved by BG Paving, Inc. in *** about 2 months ago, and I noticed some issues with it. When I first called them to report the problem, they said they would get back to us promptly. However, I had to call them multiple times before someone actually came by. Finally, a representative came and assured me that the driveway would be repaired within 1 to 2 weeks. But it's been over 2 weeks now and nothing has been done yet.

I hired BG Paving, Inc. to pave my driveway. They were supposed to lay down three inches of asphalt and widen it by a foot. However, the asphalt is coming up in various spots, and it seems like there's only about half an inch of it on the entire driveway. They also didn't widen it as we had agreed. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they never responded. Eventually, I had to involve my attorney to contact them. They finally came back, but they claimed they didn't see anything wrong. Today, we met again, and they gave me the same story. I paid them a whopping $24,000, and all I want is to get what I paid for. Thank you.

BG paved my driveway on March 3, 2022. The price was $13,100 and I paid it. The contract says there's a 12-month warranty. At first, I thought they did a great job. But now, I have these huge mushrooms popping up through the new pavement since the end of summer. It's because they paved over some organic stuff that they should've removed. I've called them 5 times, starting on Friday, August 26th. The person I talked to (***) said they would respond by the following Monday, but they didn't. Every time I call, I just get voicemail. I left messages on October 5th, 9th, and 10th, but they never call me back. This is definitely a warranty problem, and BG needs to fix it.

BG Paving has ignored my many requests to come and fix the bad job they did on paving my driveway. They paved my driveway on ***. They did a good job on the front of the driveway, but in the back behind the garage the job was not done right. There are some big rough, uneven spots on the pavement. I called many times and the worker who managed the job responded twice and said he would come to fix it. He didn't show up the two times he said he would to fix the pavement and now my many phone calls are not returned. I wrote a letter to BG Paving on ***, asking them to contact me and fix the problem with the paving. I haven't gotten any response.

I got a new driveway done in April 2022. The driveway is cracking in some places and has tire marks from where I drive in and out. There's also a big spot where the asphalt seems to be coming loose. They were supposed to put a treatment down when they removed the old concrete to prevent grass from growing through, but I have spots where grass is coming up. I've called and left messages many times on the company's voicemail. I spoke to a guy named *** twice, and he said he would come and check out the issues. The last time he called was on September 13, 2022. It's now October 14, 2022, and I haven't heard anything. They haven't fixed my driveway yet. I paid $11,300.00 for this driveway.

On 7/12, BG Paving came and paved our driveway. Before the job, we walked the driveway with *** to show him some wash out issues going downhill in the gravel driveway. We asked if they could fix these issues. He said they could grade it down and stop the wash out. We discussed this with other companies too. BG Paving's price was $3000.00 more, but we decided to use them after talking about the issue and their preparation with pug. The job was done on 7/12. However, the washout hasn't been resolved, and there are cave-ins on several ends of the driveway. I called *** on 7/29. After my husband called him four days later, he finally sent *** here to assess it. Today is 7/29, and we still haven't received a call or visit from *** about how this will be resolved. We paid $15,800 for this driveway, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. We expect better responses for what we paid.
