This app is incredibly useful and practical. strategies designed specifically for gaining or losing weight. Perfect for any level of fitness. Provide easy meal plans. Regular exercise programs help us to tone our bodies more swiftly. Creating meal plans is a novel and easy undertaking.a 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule created to assist you in achieving your goal weight. An intuitive calorie counter that shows your daily intake and allows you to monitor your macros is included.

I like that I can see the full list of exercises in the guided workout. I like the timer and demonstrator. I have access to the excercises whenever I want. It's so convenient. Plus I can track my water intake which has helped me stay hydrated during the day and has enabled me to look after myself in a better way.

BetterMe La de laburar como corresponde no se la saben

el día 11/11 veo una publicidad en ig de la fundadora de esta asquerosa app. Viendo que betterme estaba en la appstore y como nunca antes había tenido problemas solo vi que tenía 4.6 estrellas y muchas descargas y procedí a instalar. Mi único error y que tras esto cambiará mi conducta como cliente.

Entro a la app y me ofrecen una prueba gratuita de 3 días, teniendo que cancelar manualmente en caso de no querer continuar ya que se me dice que la renovación es mensual y automática. Acepté

Luego me fui a leer los términos y condiciones y ya para mi desagrado estaba escrito algo que no se me informó de manera explicita: si quiero evitar el cargo tengo que RETIRARME 24 hrs antes del fin de la prueba. Ergo, al segundo día. Con esto fui inmediatamente a cancelar la renovación automática desde mi configuración de appstore.

En fin, que por tiempo ni siquiera probé la app este primer día.

El 12/11 veo mi app del banco Y HABÍA UN COBRO INDEBIDO, hecho sin mi consentimiento. Resulta que esta dichosa prueba gratuita nunca fue real. Me cobraron la suscripción mensual de manera inmediata y aquí comienzan los dolores de cabeza.

Pedí reembolso y denuncie la app a apple. Ningún problema aquí, apple estuvo a la altura y en dos días me devolvieron mi dinero.

Betterme por su parte solo se dedicó a ser pasivo-agresivo con sus contestaciones por correo, tratandome implicitamente de boba porque tengo que haber sido yo la que pidió pagar en vez de tener primero la prueba gratuita (xd?). Hasta me sacaron en cara sus números de seguidores rrss, los cuales son evidentemente falsos. Me bloquearon de facebook y borran comentarios en instagram

Resulta que en las páginas de facebook de la app y de la fundadora está REPLETO de buenas reviews de cuentas spam.

Aunque tenga mi plata no voy a parar, nadie tiene porqué pasar por un mal rato así. Con la plata no se juega

BetterMe Scammers

If I could give a 0 rating I would.

App not what I expecte at all. I cancelled my subscription before the automatic renewal.

They still deducted funds from my account. When I queried this they responded with a cancellation confirmation but no response on my refunds.

I've tried all contact detaila I could find but am getting no response. Even referred a complaint to their CEO however still no response

Recommendation: Do not sign up

BetterMe Cancellation request ignored 4 times (I was also charged each time)

I have been repeatedly charged and will be contacting the higher up about my requests constantly being ignored.

I have been charged at least 4 times ($39.99) and have asked repeatedly to have this canceled and refunded. This is ridiculous and this money needs to be completely refunded immediately.

I will be making a call tomorrow 9/18 to speak to the highest authority about the customer service I have been receiving.

Desired outcome: I expect to receive the full refund of $159.96(4 payments of 39.99)

BetterMe Subscription payment not received

Hi all on 11 sep I downloaded the better me app just to have an overview of the same (like what is there in the same app is it better than other app or not).

This is my wordt experience with this app because these people charge the auto subcription on same day and charged 55$ for subcription which I have never done.

I mailed them for the same scenario but noone replied back till date.

Desired outcome: I want my money back please refund $55 it would be really appreciable if uh do so as I am not even using the app

BetterMe Betterme subscription - scam!

I signed up for a 3-week plan for NIS 75, even though I didn't use the plan and didn't renew the plan - they continued to charge me an additional monthly charge even a month later! This is extortion and theft for its own sake! I never approved a monthly subscription, I only purchased a product for 3 weeks. They didn't Emails are answered, they cannot be reached by phone, scam!

BetterMe Aplicación y cobro better me

La atención es pésima. No hay forma que tener asesoría o apoyo a através de la página.

He intentado enviar correos, pedir ayuda y asesoria, y no btengo ningua respuesta. La información de la página está diseñada para desistir por la falta de atención y no obtener un reeembolso a tiempo.

Al momento de introducir mis datos de tarjeta se cobró instantaneamente otro servico, un error porque no hay opción de comfirmar antes de que se realice el segundo servicio, una vez que ya tienen tus datos.

Desired outcome: Respuesta, atención y reembolso de mi dinero.

Pésimo. Nunca hay atención y asesoria real. solo se realizan cobros una vez que tiene los datos de tarjeta.

BetterMe Taking a subscription without my knowledge

I joined better me from Instagram website online and signed up for a weeks subscription..not sure of the date.

however it was too complicated for what I wanted and thought that was the end ..

Today BetterMe have taken out £37.17 without my authority ..

I do not have any reference numbers etc only the amount taken from my account dated 30thAugust. please check the BetterMe app and you will see I have not used it ..

BetterMe refund of gym subscription fee

On 7th August I took out a 7 day membership paying $6.99. On the 14th August I sent in request to cancel membership. After numerous attempts to get membership cancelled it finally was actioned but I noticed that you had taken out a further $49.99 from my bank account. I have emailed you numerous times to get this fee refunded but no one is responding to my emails.

Thus my complaint. I am happy to forward bank statements showing fees taken from my account.

Desired outcome: Refund fee of $49.99.

BetterMe Better me, fasting dieting..

Hi better me, I joined a trial, that I didn't even realise I was paying for as I thought it was free trial, then I noticed u have bn taking random amounts out of my account, I was very upset as it was in my over draft, as I have no money.. I have contacted my bank lloyd's the have recommended that I contact u.. I have e. Mailed many times I got no reply.. Please refund my money that I never agreed for you to take.. BetterMe BetterMe fitness watch & band

I placed an order on the for the fitness watch and an extra band paid the money got an email, confirming that I placed the order and got in touch with better me and they don’t know anything about it but yet the monies been taken out of my account… Not a soul has reached out to me. I have messaged them several times with proof, and no one has the decency to get back with me… This is no way to do business. I just want my money back.

Desired outcome: I just want my money back… I canceled my subscription. I don’t want anything to do with this company anymore.

BetterMe Better Me Dancing Plan

I had accidently forgotten to switch off the auto renewal plan because my daughter was using this app. When the amount got deducted I immediately stopped the renewal option and asked for a refund of the amount. I have been emailing through the app and through [protected]@betterme.world but to no avail.

BetterMe Taking money out of my account without my consent

I never used the app yet I keep getting charged for it monthly. I canceled the subscription in the past before the trial period yet I'm still being charged for an app I'm not using.

I didn't even receive any emails stating that I would be getting charged for a subscription that I never used.

I've gotten charged since January which is ridiculous because I've never used it and I'm sure you would see that in my account. I have attached a photo of all the payments you were taking without my knowledge.

Here is the 2nd photo of how much money you're taking from my account hopefully other people see this and not subscribe to betterme.

I was refunded once and they still continued to take money from me afterwards.

I'd like the money back that you took. All $278.44 cents!

That's 9 payments from February 12 2023 to August 9th 2023

BetterMe Better Me fitness

Hi

It appears you have tried to take £59.99 from my account. Speaking to my Bank and checking the apps in my phone I think I may have downloaded your app. As you can see if you go into it your end, I have not used your app. Therefore please can you cancel my subscription immediately. You have Thames £37 from my account already, please refund this and do not take s as my money from my account. Thank you.

BetterMe Membership subscription

I emailed the Better me team on the 22nd of May 2023 to let them know that the program wasn't for me and that I did not want to renew my membership. This was 2 months before the membership expired. I even sent a second email asking for confirmation that this had been done. I did not get one response.

Then on the 24th of July 2023 Better me took out another payment of $89.99.

I have sent a further 4 emails asking for my money to be returned to my bank account, with no response.

Desired outcome: I want the $89.99 returned to my bank account.

BetterMe Fraudulent removal of funds

On thev7.7.2023 2 amounts were debited from my credit card by Betterme.

I had never heard of this company prior to discovering the removal of funds.

At no time have I signed up for their services.

I have emailed them to request a return of my money. Their response was they have no record of my email address. I also included my phone number and have not been contacted by them.

BetterMe Cancelled BetterMe 6 March and still being charged

Thanks for reaching out to BetterMe. This is an auto-reply to let you know we have received your request (ID 3877571).

This was the confirmation ID that I received and I have been charged every month since. How do I get a refund on this I have deleted the app immediately and never used it. I just wanted to check out the free trial.

BetterMe Fasting

I signed up to Betterme in February this year. When the introductory amount run out. I contacted them to cancel the renewal each month. I logged into my account to edit the subscription. I cancel the subscription and then a page loads and says you must click on the email we have sent you to confirm your cancellation. The email never arrived. I’ve went through this process several times over the last five months and the email never arrives and they still keep charging me. There is no way to cancel the account as I paid for it using my credit card. I have contacted them several times to cancel the subscription. There is no response. And then in June I have been charged three times £34 each time on the same day in June over £100 . I’ve contacted them about this today and I have not yet had a reply though I’m not expecting to hear from them do not use this company.

Desired outcome: A refund for March April May June (3 months charges in June)

BetterMe Warning: BetterMe App Charged Me 5 Times & No Customer Service Response

This app is driving me crazy! I was so excited to sign up for a three-month subscription for only 25 bucks, but then things went downhill fast. I ended up getting charged not once, not twice, but FIVE times! And to make matters worse, the charges were all different amounts - three for 37 dollars, one for the correct price, and another for just one dollar. My bank thought it was fraud and cut off my card, so now I have to go through the hassle of getting a new one and resetting all my automatic payments. And to top it all off, I've emailed the BetterMe team four times and haven't heard back from anyone. All they did was cancel my subscription, which wasn't even what I asked for. And don't even get me started on the fact that there's no phone number to call and talk to a real person. This is NOT okay! I can't believe they get away with this kind of thing and most people probably don't even notice. If they fix this mess, I'll update my review, but for now, I'm beyond frustrated.

BetterMe BetterMe App Review: Decent Features, Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with BetterMe. I mean, don't get me wrong, the app itself is pretty decent. It's got all the usual stuff you'd expect from a fitness app - workouts, meal plans, that sort of thing. But when it comes to customer service, they really dropped the ball.

So here's the deal. I signed up for a subscription back in July, but decided to cancel a few weeks later. I thought everything was sorted out, but then I noticed that they'd been charging me every month since then. When I asked them about it, they said I'd signed up for some kind of personal coaching thing, which I definitely didn't do. I mean, come on, I barely even know how to use the app properly!

Anyway, long story short, it took a ton of back-and-forth emails to finally get them to agree to a partial refund. And even then, they were still trying to push some other product on me that I had no interest in. It was really frustrating, to say the least.

So yeah, if you're thinking about signing up for BetterMe, just be careful. Make sure you keep an eye on your credit card statements, and don't let them talk you into anything you don't want. And if you do run into any issues, be prepared to spend a lot of time emailing back and forth. It's not exactly the most professional customer service experience out there, if you know what I mean.
