eDestinos is a website where you can book flights and other travel arrangements. Unfortunately, they have a false cancelation insurance that doesn't really protect you when things go wrong. It's really a shame because when you're traveling, things don't always go as planned. You need to know that if something goes wrong and you need to change your flight, you'll be able to do so without losing all your money.

But with eDestinos, if something does go wrong, they offer you a "change fee" that costs way more than just buying a new flight outright. That's just ridiculous. It seems like they're just trying to take your money and not really provide any real service or value. It's really disappointing and frustrating.

Their service is just plain horrible and their business model is terrible. I wouldn't recommend using eDestinos at all. They've really let me down and I don't think I'd trust them again. I'd advise you to avoid them at all costs. There are plenty of other websites where you can book travel arrangements, so don't waste your time and money on eDestinos.

I tried to purchase a ticket using eDestinos, but unfortunately ended up cancelling my reservation. I'm currently trying to request a refund, but I'm having a hard time reaching an agent who can assist me.

eDestinos asked me to fill out a form to submit my PVQ, which was a bit confusing for me to understand. Unfortunately, I never received a response after submitting the form.

Overall, I'm not very happy with my experience with this website. If you're planning on booking a trip, I suggest you look elsewhere and avoid the hassle I went through.
