Ordered like 500 bucks worth of stuff from BestPysanky and gotta say, the shipping was super fast and everything was packed up real nice. Only thing is, I wish they had more discounts for big orders like mine. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and wanna say thanks!

I placed an order with BestPysanky more than a week ago, but unfortunately, my purchase has yet to be mailed. I've sent them three emails inquiring about the status of my order, but I haven't received a response to any of them. The most recent email I sent was two days ago, but I still haven't heard anything back from them.

I ordered the BestPysanky Triangle Black Wrought Iron Metal Sphere or Egg Holder Stand 6.5 Inches from Pysanky Crazy, the seller profile on the website. I was really excited to receive this item, but I'm disappointed that it hasn't arrived yet and that I haven't received any updates on its status.

I hope that BestPysanky will respond to my emails soon and let me know what's going on with my order. I understand that sometimes things can get delayed or lost in the mail, but I would appreciate some communication from the company so that I know what to expect.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience so far with BestPysanky. I was excited to try out their products, but the lack of communication and delay in shipping has left me feeling frustrated. I stumbled upon BestPysanky while looking for a Ukrainian gift shop that I usually go to. I decided to give it a try and purchased the 15 dye assortment. However, I was disappointed to find out that the amount of water provided was only enough for jelly jars, which was a bit inconvenient. The red dye was not as red as I expected it to be, it was more of a poppy color. As for the black dye, it was dark brown and thick, which was not very appealing. I tried soaking the eggs for a long time, but it still didn't turn black like I wanted it to. The eggs shown on the website were supposed to be black, but mine didn't turn out that way. Overall, I was not satisfied with my purchase and would not recommend it to others.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase from BestPysanky. I mean, the Christmas ornaments looked so cute on the website, but when I got them in the mail, I could tell right away that they weren't quite what they were cracked up to be. First off, they're supposed to be "hand painted blown glass designed in the USA" reproductions, but they're actually made in China. And let me tell you, the quality is just not there. The paints they used are pretty sketchy - I'm pretty sure they're hazardous or something. And they definitely don't look like blown glass to me. The painting is all sloppy and some of the design elements are just stickers that are already starting to peel off.

Now, don't get me wrong, they're still kinda cute. But for the price I paid, I was expecting a lot more. I mean, seriously, these things are way overpriced for what you're actually getting.

On the plus side, shipping was pretty quick and they were packaged up pretty well. But honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from BestPysanky again.

I recently bought a pysanky kit from BestPysanky and I have to say, I'm not impressed. The kit came with six dyes, but only the yellow and orange ones seemed to work properly. The other colors were really oily and didn't dye the eggs the way they were supposed to. I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I ordered a second set of dyes, but the same thing happened. It's really frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't work as advertised.

To make matters worse, the customer service at BestPysanky is pretty much non-existent. I tried reaching out to them to see if they could help me with the dyes, but I never heard back from them. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't stand behind their products and doesn't seem to care about their customers.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering dyes from BestPysanky. It's a waste of money and you're better off finding a different company that actually cares about their customers and the quality of their products.

I recently made a purchase from BestPysanky and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I ordered the 31 dye kit from their website, which clearly stated that it should be mixed with 8oz of boiling water. However, when I received the dyes and read the instructions, I was surprised to see that it said to mix with only 6oz of boiling water. This is a 25% reduction from what was promised on the website!

When I reached out to the company to question this discrepancy, I was met with a dismissive attitude and condescending tone. They claimed that it was an error on their website, but to this day, the incorrect information has not been corrected. I find this to be a deceptive practice and it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

While I appreciate the quality of the products offered by BestPysanky, I cannot recommend them due to their lack of transparency and customer service. It's important to be careful when ordering from this company and to double-check any instructions or information provided.

I recently bought two Faberg? egg reproductions from BestPysanky, an American shop that sells these beautiful eggs. Usually, I buy Faberg? reproductions from Russia and China or order them online from vendors in those countries. But this time, I decided to give BestPysanky a try. I placed my order last month and received the eggs today. The box they came in was an old Amazon Prime box with the shop's logo on it. The eggs themselves were covered in cheap plastic and shoved into random white cartons. I was disappointed to see that the packaging was not as good as the packaging I usually get from Russia and China. The eggs from those countries are always carefully wrapped, placed in golden boxes that fit the eggs perfectly, and then placed in sturdy shipping boxes.

As a first-time buyer from BestPysanky, I was not impressed with the packaging. I wish I had bought from a Russian or Chinese shop instead. I do not recommend BestPysanky at all.

These guys are just ridiculous. I ordered some stuff for $152 and it got sent to the wrong place. It's been like 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. They gave my credit card company some papers to prove that they sent the package, but I don't need that. I know they sent it, but I didn't get it! They should be the ones to file a claim with UPS and get their money back and then give it to me. But instead, they just sent some papers to my credit card company and said I got my money back. My credit card company gave me my money back for a little bit, but then they took it away when these guys sent them some papers. So now I still owe $152. I bet they got their money back from UPS already. So now they have $152 from me and $152 from UPS. If they don't give me my money back, there's nothing I can do but wish them good luck. They'll get what's coming to them one day. Until then, don't buy from them if you don't want to risk losing your package. There are plenty of other sellers out there who are more reliable than these guys.
