Best Western International witnessed 5th floor housekeeper {michelle} using crystal meth or crack

I walked in on the housekeeper and she was in the bath room smoking out of a glass pipe. I also seen this same girl in the hotel drinking a small liquor bottle.she was cursing loud an complaining about how nasty the guests are.i was shocked and disgusted, my son who is 10 also heard her .I then noticed how deranged she was acting and complained to the inspector ms.phyliss but I still saw the housekeeper working the next day! I was shocked that they allow this behavior and drug use to go on while at work .I hope this matter is handledand she is drug tested bc they have keys to our room and our things.please look into this

Best Western International not sending an invoice

Good afternoon:

My name is Carlos, I stayed at your hotel from the 11 to 12 of June in Paris.

I had an issue with my credit card (was hacked) and the fees of two nights cannot be charged, but as I´m proving with this email chain, I put in contact with Champ Elysee hotel and I paid on June 22nd.

UNFORTUNATELY I didn't receive the same respect from you and we are in the middle of July and spite of calling two or three times I was not able to have a simple invoice of those two nights.

I´m very disappointed because I have been completely fair paying once I left the hotel but as I´m telling you I didn't receive reciprocity as a customer.

I need a solution for this simple matter and I have just a few time for my expenses reimbursement.

Best Western International best western apalachicola florida usa

The hotel parking lot faces a private lot that has very large plastic blue tarps strung from three tops to the ground. The same property also has no trespassing signs posted to the tarps.
Walking out of my hotel room is very unsightly. It make me feel like I was staying in a wayside dump. I expressed my dismay to the front desk attendant and the person acted totally indifferent to my complaint.
I, m suggesting someone from the regional corporation look into this matter. I will no suggest this peppery to my travel mates. I'm surprised I did not find this concearn on any social media sites. I wish zi had I never would have booked.

It was a false complaint.I am the neighbor that put up the blue tarp, because I don’t like the parking lot lights shining in my backyard.The hotel is a wonderful p, ace to stay .The rooms are updated and super clean.The management are professional and extremely helpful. if I could delete this post I would but I can’t figure out how to do it.

Best Western International beds/manager

Hello I slept in a best western last night in downtown sudbury, and the sheets were all dirty, blood stains, some other stains, i was missing my cover sheet to cover the matress and the manager told us they don't wash the coversheets for the matress! She didn't want to give me back my money. I am disgusted my kids have slept in those beds, and I do not know who slept in there before us! I want my money back, this room is not worth 150$/night. The managers name is Vina Makkar.

Best Western International resort

We arrived at emerald resort May 10 2018 our daughters wedding was May 12 2018 . The room had no towels . The bathroom door was missing a hinge and door would not close. The plug did not work in the tub. The closet doors kept jumping tracks. The tv was all fuzzy and kept popping up a warning for the bill to be paid for dish or would cancel. No WiFi in room had to go out to balcony and lean over fail to access WiFi. When looking down there was a lot of trash and debris. All the beach chairs had webs hanging from them. The restaurant was slow and was not waited on a couple times and so we left. Would not go back. We paid a lot of money to stay there for 9 days and was very disappointed!

Message asking how I liked my stay on May 19 2018
Cancelling response confirmed again on May 19 2018

As I have copies of all correspondence, and remained on the line for over twelve or more busy messages on 1.800.528.1238, and was unable to confirm these errors, I called Master Card and reported the problem

They have issued me an alert to remove these charges, on May 21, 2018.
If you have charges for cancellation, I will be happy to respond.

Best Western International deceptive practice

I would like to be removed from the email list from Best Western Hotel Chain. The Hotel tricked me into staying by stating I would be getting a "$10.00 gift card" for each night I stayed, a special promotion. It was special alright, I was told after I checked out that it was for only one $10.00 coupon to use only at best western and I would be receiving it via email within a few weeks! Well it has been 3 weeks and all I get are trash email offers from the hotel chain. I have not received the "coupon" I was promised, not that I would use it anyway. As I will not be staying with the hotel again. I do say the only positive was the staff at the hotel, they were all extremely nice but I guess they were not deceived like I was…

I have asked several times to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR MAILING LIST and I still receive junk mail from them with offers!

Best Western International hotel room

My family stayed in this hotel on April 13, 2018 in room 130. The room smelled terrible, and we found many hairs on the bed sheets, and hairs on the bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom door would not close.

When we asked for another room we were told there weren't any available. Then I had to ask for two clean sets of sheets, because the two clerks weren't even offering that. Then when the news sets of sheets were brought to the room, one of them had several huge stains on them. Unbelievable!

The room was old and hadn't been updated in decades. I will never stay there again, and recommend that nobody else stay there either.

Best Western International library lounge spruce grove

We stopped by for drinks with a friend who is staying at the best western in spruce grove. Our waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. We stopped by for dinner at 10:15 (there's a sign at the fire that says full dinner menu is open till 12am) and they only had deep fry options available because they said they wanted to turn off the grill early. Not impressed at all!

Best Western International poorly handled reservation lacking care and double charged a prepaid booking

To Best Western Cedar Park Inn,

I am emailing to complain that I am highly disappointed about the reservation that I have paid for my Minor Child's stay at your property.
This reservation has been handled poorly, I have booked this hotel stay for my daughter's stay in the City and I made sure that this is a prepaid booking as my daughther is only 15 years old and travelling with an adult church companion.

After I booked this reservation online, I called the hotel to verify the reservation is in the property's system
I called on Feb 8 2018 4:10 om to verify if the reservation online is already confirmed - the Front desk staff told me to check again after 24-48 hrs
and i called again on Feb 10 2018 5:22 pm to confirm that the hotel reservation is already on your property's system as I would like to make sure that this is already taken care of.and then again I called the property to confirm reservation on Feb 28 2018 at 5:23 pm to make sure that the property have my prepaid reservation for my daughter but at that time unfortunately the hotel system is down and the front desk staff couldn't check the reservation on their system. I told them I will call back again close to arrival day or on the arrival day just to make sure everything is all SET UP for my 15 year old daughter.

On the arrival day March 2 2018 at 4:30 pm I called to verify that everything else is all good with my prepaid reservation for my daughter front,
The desk staff on duty at that time told me that their system is still down, and i do not to have to worry that my daughter has a guaranteed room for her stay. we are aware that upon check in the adult companion will need to present a valid credit card, just to pre-authorized the room and they know that my reservation is already paid for.

Today, April 2 2018, 2:20 pm I received a phone call from my daughter's adult church company that she was charged for the hotel stay at Best Western Cedar Park Inn $138.34 on March 3 108 check out date.

I am highly disappointed as I did my very best to make sure that my teenage daughter have a Pre-paid room for her City trip and I called several times to make sure everything is in order, I even asked for a Pre-authorized form in case I need to send my photo ID or Credit card info just to make sure that my Child's companion will not be responsible for any incurred charges.But then again this reservation was handled oh, so poorly, even though I tried to be diligent on making sure by calling the property to confirm and to ask questions or Forms that they may require from me as a responsible parent who can not travel with her Kid.

I am highly disappointed this is highly unacceptable.Your property have put me on such embarrassment to my daughter's adult church companion, as we all know that the reservation has been paid for and you still charged her Credit card upon check out.

You should have a better system whenever you encounter any system difficulties or downtime.
I have done my part calling the hotel asking for confirmation, but surely your Front desk don't have a system to communicate about arrival list, prepaid booking or what not.

Mostly disappointed by this ordeal,

Best Western International employee

Not understanding why housekeeping employee would remove something so personal as my registration receipt did not touch nothing else in the room. Brought to the hotel staff with no response of the incident... The only question left to say regarding this matter is my husband name or what ever other information on that receipt should not come back to hunt us in the future from anything coming out that state... We have no family there his name should not be used for any reason no matter what it could be... Thank you

Best Western International shuttle service

Recently my wife and I booked a four day visit to your hotel in Cebu, Philippines. It is Best Western Plus Lex, in downtown. Yesterday I requested the shuttle to pick us up from the airport on March 5. The response was forward a photo copy of the front and back of my credit card and a photo copy of photographic ID. Of course I refused and cancelled my booking. They already have my personal details on file and my credit card details. A taxi requires no ID. I'm amazed that you can't understand how you operate your business in such a way.

Best Western International corporate irresponsibility

I will no longer stay at a Best Western because you have discontinued discounts given to NRA members, although I am not a member. When a corporation decides to ignore the first amendment and set themselves up as "thought police", I will reject them.

Guns are not the problem. People are. I would rather have a good armed person in the lobby to stop an armed bad person who would not care about a "gun free zone".

Corporations controlled by those who think like you have no problem with organizations like Planned Parenthood which kill more innocents than guns under the false dogma of "a woman's right to choose" (to kill their unborn baby).

Will you call for an "auto free zone" since autos kill and injure far more people than guns.

Best Western International service or lack of

The front desk workers are extremely rude. They refuse to help the work crews that come from out of town. They get told that they will not receive the complimentary breakfast because the main cook isn't willing to set aside some breakfast foods for 5am. The rooms are not cleaned like they should be for stay overs. The garbages are not changed. The towels aren't changed & the bathrooms aren't cleaned like they should be. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best Western International front desk staff

Today at approximately noon-1 pm your front desk employees at Best Western Plus on Macloed Trail Calgary 36 Ave are using company time to harass and fake book escorts from backpage. ca and canadaadultfun.com. Just thought you would like to know what your employees are using company time for. The main gentleman used a fake number and is about 6 feet tall, East Indian descent, about 22 years old. He and the maintenance man (short Filipino) were passing the phone back and forth when I called asking for the manager after showing up and being harassed, (I strongly urged against this appointment to begin with as I do not support that kind of activity in hotels). I am sure if you review the footage you will see this disparate activity. Stalking is a crime, and I will be following up to speak to the Weekday Manager about this. I was wearing a white jacket. He made me walk in and out twice. He simply wanted to harass and insult me and waste your company's time and mine.

Best Western International horrible staff

I was staying at the Best Western Truman Inn in Independence Missouri for a few weeks and I noticed that one of the housekeepers named Ashley from her name tag we're fraternizing with guest. Also the lady that inspects the rooms. They would be out late partying and drinking with the guest in 227 that's also been staying there for awhile. They are very rude, always talking loud and cussing at one another and other staff. They would be in the lobby drunk yelling and cussing. They have smelled like marijuana very strong walking by. This is a nice hotel but some of the staff isn't. Not very happy, I won't be staying there again! Not professional at all. It's not okay for staff including the general manager to be partying and drinking in the lobby at a place of business. Something has to give these people need to be let go, making the company look bad. And you lose good customers that way. Please do something!

Best Western International a lots of bugs in the room and bath in bestwestern amazon hotel

Me and my daughter checked in the best western hotel Amazon in Athen, Greece on November 21, 2017. That night we came back late, and had shower, next day in the morning, when we got in bathroom, we found lots of life bugs on the floor, especially underneath of bath tub towel, my daughter was bit by those bugs.
When I checked out that morning November 22, 2017, I reported bugs in front desk, she said let house keeper to clean it.
On December 4, I called best western customer service, they said they will contact the Amazon hotel. Today December 9, in the morning 6am, best western called me saying the Amazon hotel did not record of it. Then case dropped, even I said I have many pictures to show, they don' t care.

Best Western International double charged the hotel fee

The hotel Best Western Petaling Jaya doubled charged me the hotel fee during my stay in Oct. 28 to Nov.2. When I checked in, they asked me to pay the deposit MYR2, 508. When I checked out, they asked me to pay the hotel fee MYR 1990. Actually, the hotel cost is MYR 1990 for two single rooms (MYR 199 per night, 10 nights in total). The deposit MYR 2508 still hasn't been returned to me since one month has passed. I sent a lot of emails to them, they just reply " following up on this matter". I need help to urge them to return my money.

Best Western International extremely poor customer service

November 30, 2017

We chose this hotel, as we travel for work with our pets, and their website claimed they are 'pet friendly', with a fee of $10 per pet, per night. For a nightly rate, that's reasonable . . . but when you're staying for four months of work, it adds up quick. We have a five year old female lab, and a six year old male cat . . . both are fixed, and the cat is declawed. Neither have ever caused any problems during any of our hotel stays.

We spoke with 'Sam', the GM, about getting a possible discount, as just the pet fees alone would total $2, 440 for our total stay . . . a hefty chunk, considering all the other expenses of living/working on-the-road. After some haggling over a possible price reduction, Sam told me the best he could do on the pet fees was $1, 900 for the entire stay. He also said that we were lucky to get that, since he had given our Company a reduced rate on our room. I tried to explain to 'Sam' that the Company pays for the room, but we are responsible for the pet fees. He then informed me that because of the reduced room rate, he required that we pay the entire $1, 900 up front, and that it would be non-refundable, in case my fiance was sent to another location to work.

I told 'Sam' we were unable to pay the entire $1, 900 up front. His response to me was that we would need to find other accommodations. Period. 'Sam' then informed me that the hotel was in the middle of some major renovations, and we would be required to change rooms 4 - 5 times during our four-month stay. I definitely was given the impression that 'Sam' did not want our business.

We ended up staying only one more night at the BW, then moved to a new location. After over a year's worth of hotel stays from Ohio to California and back, this hotel had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And the other Front Desk personnel are just as bad . . . no smiles, no greetings as you pass through the lobby. I noticed the same attitudes when they dealt with other guests.

There were other issues with this BW: a king mattress that felt more like a box spring, a bathtub/shower that was yellowed and stained, and one small elevator that shook and jumped as you moved between floors.

We would never stay here again . . . with or without pets!

Best Western International best western amedia hotel service

I am Vijay staying in Best Western Amedia Hotel for 5 days from 25th Nov to 29th Nov. There are many continental employees coming to stay here this week. But i would like to raise complaint about this hotel to my company management.
I travel a lot but I have never seen this kind of unprofessionalism!
To begin with, the first impression was really bad when i saw there is no oral hygienic care products like toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash etc.. but I would never complain about that if i didn't found others.
I managed to buy this small things from shop.
Basic need of life as Water is usually provided a bottle per day as complimentary service, but i got to know this is charged. Although guest directory mentioned bottled water is free of charge.
Later i saw some more basic complimentary products are missing like facewash, shaving kit, comb, shower caps, sleeper, bathrobe etc. which we usually expect in 4 star hotel room by default.

I complaint about this at reception mentioning this all items are already mentioned in their guest directory but still manager responded we don't have this things. I really got surprised with this answer.
I managed to buy all things from outside but i really got disappointed with this kind of service.

To sum up, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed and I would never like to stay in such hotel in future.
